They did a great job! Spent all day installing the new heat pump, and when they couldn't figure out a problem they were having, one of the owners drove an hour to our house to help them.

Explained the situation, what to possible expect and options on how to go about next steps. Great guy and punctual! Will definitely recommend to friends/neighbors.

This is a trustworthy company with skilled technicians and quality service at a fair and upfront price. I could not have asked for more and they are now my HVAC company of choice.

We had an AC unit go out last week. I touched base with them on Thumbtack. The office was back to me in minutes. They gave me a bid and honestly I wasn’t too sure because it was significantly lower than some of the others. I asked a ton of questions. The owner was patient and offered to do the install in less than 48 hours.
They showed up perfectly on time....did a great job!!! The were professional and left the area spotless all while charging me less than any other company.
I don’t normally write these, but these guys and the owner deserve a great review.

5 Star rating for sure !!! After returning home from vacation, our A/C heat pump was not working. I contacted a HVAC repair company that was referred by the installer. The Unit was only 6 years old, still under warranty and the compresser had failed. Initially we were told the parts needed would be available in 5-7 days and then installed. After almost 4 weeks of waiting and being told the parts were now on back order I reach out to a number of companies for quotes on replacing the Heat pump. All were happy to replace at a cost to us of $5000-$9000. Mindy The A/C Lady was the only one to inquire as to why the repair was not completed. She said it seemed unusual that those parts were not available and as a authorized dealer, asked if I minded if she looked into the matter. After a couple hours she contacted me with news of the parts being packaged, labeled, and with expedited shipping to arrive in 4 days. Needless to say we were happy to hear this news. Both NATE Certified Master techs Anthony and David were very pleasant, professional and prompt on completing the repair. A/C Refrigeration has been very honest and reasonable and saved us thousands of dollars and we couldn't be more pleased. Customer service like this is hard to find, and we have become loyal customers.

ABC Air has always been responsive to our calls and the clients whom we refer to. I can always trust an honest assessment and reasonable solution for needed repairs. They do not try to up sale the job with unneeded repairs. Great company!

Zeke is very knowledgeable and presents the facts based on his professional training through TRANE; not an opinion or partial untruth. He became our 2nd consultation and maintenance service techician because the first tech from Merlin's AC & Plumbing presented such obscure and ridiculous results of his findings.
So, any individual who reads this review, my advice is do not always believe a certified AC company or technician no matter how nice and friendly they present themselves and that their advice or professional opinions are really truth and facts.

We were able to schedule an appointment within one hour, which was essential because our residential air conditioning units had gone out. Matt was very professional and on time. Matt had all the parts in his truck, which was terrific because a lot of companies don’t have the parts in hand/inventory to fix your AC unit these days. Matt repaired one unit— replaced a motor and capacitor, and cleaned unit 1, and added Freon in the other A/C unit; both units are working like new; Matt was very kind and pleasant to deal with, clearly explained the issues and showed us the problems; very patient too. I highly recommend mechanical brothers, heating and cooling.

Recently I just needed to get my AC system checked since there was a strange odor inside my condo. I checked everything that I could and tried to cross out everything that could cause the weird rubber/plastic odor. I decided to get my AC checked and thankfully everything was okay.Cooling Men Technicians were there on-time and they also communicated with me prior to the visit. They were polite and professional.

Chapman is awesome! Our furnace wouldn't work. My wife called another company that diagnosed our problem to be a broken heat exchanges, motor, and pressure switch. They recommended buying a new furnace. I called Power Ranch AC Repair for a second opinion late on Friday afternoon. Clarkson came over and determined that it was a failed board. He put in a temporary fix so that we could have heat thru the night and had one of his guys come first thing Saturday morning to install the replacement board. He called after the installation to ensure everything was working fine. Now that's what I call customer service! I highly recommend him this ac heating repair!!

I’m waiting on their bid response right now but that was expected due to the multiple aspects of the work I’m looking to have done.Bruce Tymeson installed the new electric today (6/15/2021) for the two new A/C units that will be installed on Thursday. Bruce did an outstanding job! First he had to deal with the 116 degree heat outside as well as dealing with the close to 140-150 degree heat in the attic crawlspace over the garage! He handled it like a true professional! The install went very smoothly and the final work product was done to perfection. I would HIGHLY recommend ProSkill Services. Everything was done exactly like we agreed on, in a timely fashion and 100% to my satisfaction.Cezar/Jacobo installed my two new A/C units today (6/17/2021). They had multiple workers with them and arrived when they said they would, 7:25 am. They immediately got to work! While one group worked in the garage to install the air handler, a second group started work in the 2nd floor attic to dismantle the old air handler. Drop cloths were placed from my front door, all the way up the stairs and into the room with the attic access door. That was very much appreciated. Another Tech worked on removing the old A/C units/coolant lines/electric lines on the opposite side of the house. All this work was being done simultaneously in 112 degree heat....The cut coolant lines were neatly tucked into the wall and the hole was filled with chalking to where you cannot really notice that they were ever there. He even swept up the area after the units were removed from the yard! The air handlers, both in the attic and in the garage were tested after installation and everything was working perfectly. The A/C units look great and the exterior enclosed coolant lines going up the side of the house came out fantastic. I am extremely pleased with the completed job and I would highly recommend ProSkill for any of your HVAC/Plumbing or electrical needs! Outstanding work!
