Shane was not just on time but EARLY to the appointment to help diagnose the cause of a leak that appeared to be coming from my A/C unit. After quickly ruling out the most common culprits (and a little inter-wall investigation), he was able to ascertain that the problem appeared to be not with my A/C unit but an upstairs neighbor's! He lifted a big weight off my shoulders, in less than two hours, and was super friendly the whole time and answered all the random questions I kept peppering him with.

A new Lennox AC / heat pump was installed this year. The fan blower is designed to run (with Fan ON) on a low speed until the cooling or heating cycle comes on, and then it shifts into high speed. I wanted the fan to run at the same sounding speed all the time, since when the cooling mode cycles off at night the change in fan sound from high to low wakes me up. The only AC service provider in the valley who knew how to fix this problem was Dial One Mears. The Manager called Lennox, got all the details and fixed the problem without violating the warranty. Now I only get woken up if the power goes out in a storm via APS.

Matt came in today & did a thorough plumbing inspection & maintenance. He was professional & friendly. He explained everything to us, & put it all in writing. As always, We are so glad, to have found your company.

Howard Air and technician, David Smith, exceeded my expectations of professionalism. Everyone from the scheduling department to the service technician gave me ample time to explain my issue, and clearly explained their process The technician came on time, and performed a thorough inspection, gave a written report, took the time to explain everything to me and was neat and tidy. It sounds too good to be true but I was there! It’s true! I recommend Howard Air, 100%.

Daniel came out quickly and changed out the motor in the air handler. He was fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. I'd definitely go with Aguilar A/C & Heating again.

Their team was very professional and knowledgeable, and they were able to recommend the perfect unit for my home. They did an outstanding job with the installation, and even took the time to show me how to properly use and maintain the unit. Great service, very knowledgeable and professional. AC had been struggling to keep up with extreme heat this summer and finally stopped cooling bedrooms. I called a local highly rated ac guy who came out checked system pressure said all was good.
Darrel from Island breeze came out check entire system, explained everything he checked and his findings and what it all meant. He was able to complete repairs in a timely fashion and advised do's and don't to prolong ac life span. Bedrooms back to cool.

He was on time, wore a mask, (greatly appreciated under the circumstances), was very professional. Went out back, took care of the problem, came back in to check things out and told my husband what the issue was. Very pleased with how he handled things.
