Our experience with Accutemp was nothing short of impressive. Our a/c unit stop working right during the summer with our kids home! They had someone out within a few hours, on the same day! I had a great experience with Jashua at Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling. First, he was on time, had great communication skills though the whole process and good follow up. It’s rare these days you find someone who has good customer service skills but he was great! We had a situation with our awful home warranty company, Home Choice Warranty where they first referred us to a guy who told us we needed a new air handler because it was our fault for neglecting the maintenance on it. Not true at all. Fought with them for a good while then they recommended a 3rd company to come out and that was Jashua at Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling. He checked things over and it turns out as we knew it would we didn’t need the whole AC replaced but needed indoor coil and pan replaced. Anyways, he did the job and the headache is gone and I would recommend Jashua for any honest, dependable AC jobs.
