The service and the care is so awesome I am happy they were the company to install a.c. unit. They call and make sure unit is running ok one day they had to come out and service ac umit. and the repair man knew my mom had health issues and it was during the hottest part of the week so they came out quickly and while replacing fuse and checking everything while there. the repair man kept checking in on my mom to make sure she was ok too. the house was hot inside and she doesn't do good in the heat. they are very professional but the also go out of there way to make sure the people are ok also. Btw I blew you guys all up on FB. #teamHays.Being a single mom I was beyond nervous.I had talked with Jack last February and it took a bit to say the least on pulling the trigger but was well worth the wait.The AC system was upgraded and didn't break the bank.The water system is a lot of equipment but we'll worth the space sacrifice.At one point I think I had five guys in my house one being the owner Chris...real nice guy glad to see that he took the time to come touch base and check on his guys and meet the new customer, that was different and refreshing.Like I told all the guys, I expect as soon as the check clears never to see them again like many contractors. Penguin has always been great in servicing and repairing anything I’ve needed in the past. Today was no different, Owen came by and serviced our AC and checked out our thermostat. He was very knowledgeable and efficiently completed the service.

On November 25, 2018 (Sunday) I got HVAC problem – the AC Unit was running constantly regardless of the temperature set for thermostat. I called Chase Roberts' Customer Service and they dispatched to me the technician who came exactly on the scheduled time. His name is Jose Ruiz. He is working for Chase Roberts from 2005. He immediately found the problem with “Contactor”, which was burned out. After a quick replacement of the defective detail, HVAC started to work without any issues. In addition, Jose Ruiz tested the entire Unit (freon, pressure, etc.). I was fullyy satisfied with the fast, professional and productive job done by Jose. I wish him and the entire Chas Roberts’ team of professionals al the best. Keep up the very good job!

Jeremy was excellent in explaining with pictures and an explanation of mold in the blower. It needed to be removed.

Scott has been great to work with and has solved many issues at my home. He was able to fix a years-long AC problem and also installed a new water heater quickly when my old one died. He's professional, responsive and knowledgeable.
