I am a snow bird, so trust over the phone is important. We had, what we thought was a main water line break on a Saturday, with guests in our house. Michael, come out on Sat, in an hour of my call, turned the water off and planned to come back Tuesday to dig, after calling for utilities to be marked. When he arrived on site, he found after doing little to no digging that it was a gasket cracked on the water meter, which he could have charged me to replaced, how would I know, Im in WI. However instead he called the city utility who will repair for free and reqursted Emergancy service since we had no water! Michael was great to work with and saved me a ton of money. We haved owed in AZ for 5 years now, and only use Patrick Riley for plumbing and HVAC! Totally trust them!!

First of all, I appreciated that Hays Heating and Cooling called me to inform me that the technician was running late and subsequently called to inform me he was on his way. Troy V showed up and went about checking the unit, explaining everything he was doing and the results he was getting (the AC was putting out air at 38 degrees). He was very thorough, even checking the filter to see if it needed any cleaning. I was very satisfied with the experience.

This was our first time using Penguin air & plumbing! Unfortunately our AC unit was failing on a 110° day. Michael got here quickly and repaired our unit! He was very professional and informative! We appreciate the business we received. Thank you so much!

I was looking for a Trane but ended up with Amanas AVXC20 5 ton air conditioner, furnace and coil package. Andrew, George and Jordan were on time. They said 7am and they knocked at the front door at 7am sharp. Installation took about 10hrs and this included a new pop out into the attic.They protected the tile with paint cloth and tap from the front door to every path they intended to use. The new unit came with a smart thermostat as well as 2 surge protectors. Andrew started and ended the process with walking me through the new unit and features. Clean up was on point and couldn't find anything to complain about(and I looked).Time will tell if Amanas top unit can match my Trane expectations(last 2 units were Tranes) but regardless if I go back home to Trane or stick with Amana I definitely will be using Day and Night A/C.BQ

Scott Acy of A Better Place, LLC is the person to call for help around the house. He does a great job and he's a nice guy. I needed a small plumbing repair and he fixed it correctly and quickly. He has a wealth of knowledge and he is very well-mannered. He arrived on time and looking presentable plus he did not leave a mess. I will definitely use him again.
