I felt at ease with him and didn't feel like he was rushing. He built a really good rapport with me as well. He called before arriving at the house and he went over everything on the invoice with me. He didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, but did provide information on different items that may interest me or that I should be aware of. The customer service skills are through the roof and I wish that more people were as friendly and caring as she is when it comes to your AC maintenance. Mindy and her family have been taking care of her AC unit for over 15 years. Our system is 20 years old and is still running in great condition. We bought a new ac unit from abc, and couldn't be happier. We shopped around and they by far had the best price. We keep or house at 60° all night even in the summer and our electric bill still dropped by about 75% (which was enough to cover the payment for most of the year). Best decision ever to go with abc.

I shopped around for an annual service check for our heat pump split system. Liked the company philosophy of service to their customers. KJ's could come that day. Leonard was early, too. Polite and knowledgeable, he spent about 90 minutes going through the check points explaining all the readings. I am well satisfied with the service and fair pricing.

We are all quick to complain about bad service especially when it is 110 degrees and your air conditioning unit is out. My husband and I are in our 70's and my husband is a 100% disabled Vet who has poor health. So having our air conditioning go out was a serious health issue. B3 went above and beyond to help us get our unit up and running. The issue was the Compressor and they found one and installed it in the dark to make sure we had air. We had another issues which turned out to be a bad Circuit breaker - again the owner was installing a new breaker and actually went to Lowes to purchase one at his own cost. What could have been a life threatening situation turned into a very positive situation thanks to B3. Thanks Katy and Keith for going above an beyond to help us resolve our issues last week. You are truly heroes in our book!!

ProSkill Services sent out two highly-qualified technicians who performed preventative maintenance on my house A/C unit and wine cellar A/C unit. They did a thorough job and were very professional. They addressed all my questions and explained their findings along the way. This company offers a comprehensive list of services covering plumbing, air conditioning, electrical, and HVAC installation. I am going to use them to install an additional supply air register in my smart space to get additional airflow.

I used Arizona Pro Service air conditioner expertise services about a month ago. I didn’t want to review them immediately because I wanted a good month of normal operating to see how the installation had gone. Let me tell you. Everything works exceptionally well. Nick and his team not only changed my entire AC system. They moved it to another location freeing up room in my backyard and making it quieter and more enjoyable for me. The AC compressor was moved from the north side of the house to the east side. New lines, including electricity supplied to the new unit, was professionally installed and hidden as not to create eye soars. The installation was 110% perfect. They added a new return to the air handler unit. Cutting a hole in my wall and installing a return vent. You would never have guessed that it was added. It looks as if the house was already built with an extra return line. I cannot say enough to recommend this company and their exceptional professionalism. They also went through all my AC ducting in the attic, ensuring everything was operating to maximum efficiency. Nick was honest from the very beginning with time frames pricing and realistic expectations on choosing a new unit. Thank you for making my home comfortable again Nick!
