Best Hvac Repair Heating in Phoenix AZ

Preferred Air assisted us with replacing an AC unit on our first house. Needless to say we had lots of questions as first time homeowners. Ty and his team were patient, informative, and incredibly helpful through the whole process. I wasn't able to be on site while the job was being done and Ty kept me in the loop the entire time by sending pictures and updates. Would absolutely recommend Preferred Air.

Just had American home water come over and do a filter change on my RO system. Technician Louis Yazzie showed up on time and was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and informative. it was so nice having someone come over and do work in your home that truly loves his job! He made sure everything was working properly afterwards and cleaned up after himself. I never hesitate to recommend American Home water for AC and plumbing needs and it’s all because of the great job Louis does. Thank you Louis for all your help and information!

Saul was our HVAC technician. He showed up on time and took his time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He was very professional and gave me his honest and professional opinion on things that needed to be repaired/replaced and thing he advised that can wait another season before being replaced.

Tom came out to offer us quotes on work that needs to be done as well as quotes for a new system. He was very upfront and went into detail explaining the way various air-conditioning systems work and what our best option would be. We haven't decided what to do yet but, we appreciated his honesty, the low pricing and we feel like we can trust Mountainside to do a great job at a fair price.

Update: We decided to replace our unit and we chose to work with Tom and Steve at Mountainside Air. They did an excellent job. They were flexible with scheduling, professional, quick, capable and most importantly, honest. They even gave us an upgraded unit because the one we purchased wasn't going to arrive in time for our scheduled install. We are glad we found a great company and highly recommend them.

A year later: While we were out of town our blower broke. We called Mountainside Air and Steve was at our house 5 minutes later to fix the problem. We trust these guys enough to give them a code to enter our home. They got right in and located the issue quickly. They hustled and found the part we need (which is nothing short of a miracle these days). Within just a few hours everything was working again. We highly recommend this company. They are excellent!

Gorilla Air is the best by far. My A/C unit was 18 plus years and needed replacement, Gorilla Air made it happen the next day, I was so happy he could get a crew in that quick. They installed my new unit at an unbeatable cost. I really appreciate Memo and his crew. thank you for making this happen.

I appreciate Korey's professional advice and explaining to me the maintenance that my AC unit needed. He was on time and easy to communicate with. I ended up purchasing the Crispy Air's maintenance program since my AHS warranty won't cover general maintenance costs. I see other reviewers on here think it's a scam. I'll give it a shot and update this review if I have any issues. For me this was a positive experience so far. Thanks Korey with Crispy Air!
