Best Commercial Hvac System in Phoenix AZ

I have used Mountainside Air twice and both times they have given quality service. Very fair with their customers. Work hard to solve the issue.

I called receptionist scheduled appointment waited Tech never showed up or called !! A few weeks later decided to try again scheduled appointment 1 pm they never showed up had Me waiting all day never showed up or called Me !! Taking My business somewhere else for a new unit !!

My furnace went out and Millennium Commercial Cooling & Refrigeration came out to diagnose the problem with all safety standards in place. My furnace and water heater were both over 10 years old and I knew it was time to replace them.They sent their representative out right away. I got a great price and helped with financing on the spot. The installation process was stress free. They knew what they were doing. Their work was clean and efficient. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

They were nice on the phone but don't expect to buy parts from them if your not a contractor. They weren't able to help me but they did refer another company that was able to assist me.

KJ's Cooling and Heating came as a recommendation. When our AC went out, I contacted Brett and he had his staff send out Treno the next morning. Treno was professional, and got the AC unit back up and running. This has been the hottest summer ever in Phoenix and these guys didn't miss a beat. Very polite and professional. I called them up because I thought my AC was acting up. They made sure look at my AC unit outside and in the attic. Everything was fine but they gave me piece of mind knowing I had nothing to worry about for right now.

Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

This provider was very professional and service was exceptional. Carlos, Demetrius, and Jacob did an awesome job with the installation. I don't remember if there was a fourth technician, if there was I apologize for forgetting your name. Anyway, the entire crew was very good, the guys took time to explain what was going to be done and took time to explain the finished product. Would I use them again or recommend? Most certainly would!!! Thank you for a job well done and my a/c system is cooling very nicely!!
