Installed A/C (2018) repeatedly is breaking down every AZ summer (when most needed). They respond but not within a timely manner, had another issue this weekend, left voicemail have yet to hear from them! Had to hire another company, they advised that work was extremely sloppy, pipes were not even glued causing water leak through my ceiling on 2 separate occasions. Steer clear of these thieves!!!

I needed to have someone take a look at my AC units because something was off with one of them. I called Drew and he was able to set up an appointment for early the next morning. They showed up on time and went straight to work. They were able to figure out the problem and explained everything very clearly. He also gave me a couple of options to resolve the issue and explained the pros and cons of each. Very easy to work with, no pressure and reasonable prices. I'll definitely reach out to these guys if I have any issues in the future.

It's refreshing to come across a company that truly values its customers. Cooling Men is one such company. I had a great experience with their service, which was prompt, reliable, and efficient. The customer service was top-notch, as well. They were always ready to answer my questions and concerns, and they made sure that I was satisfied with their service. I would definitely recommend Cooling Men to anyone who is looking for a great service experience.

Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

They did a great job. Would hire again.

Job: Replace corroded 25-year old pressure regulating valve (PRV) on the main water supply entering our house. I got 2 estimates from local, reputable suppliers. Both were very quick to respond to my request. I selected ProSkill because their estimate was about $400 lower than the second supplier, and because their strategy for completing the work was more comprehensive.As completed, the job included replacing the PRV, the vacuum breaker for irrigation, main hose bib, adding a vacation shutoff for the inside plumbing and removing an unneeded soft water hose bib. The estimate & final bill ran $1,173, which I considered reasonable. Steven and his helper completed the work in about 2 hours. The end result is much simpler, elegant and allows for easy replacement of the PRV in the future if needed.Two minor nits, because I'm picky:Although our appointment for the work was scheduled for a 10a-12p time window, Steven arrived at 8:30 and thought the appointment was scheduled for 8-10a. Luckily, I was ready.Second, some bits of solder and debris got into the line feeding the irrigation valves. The day after work was completed, I found the irrigation running mid-morning when it shouldn't have been. Had to call landscapers to solve problem. Debris had fouled the irrigation valves causing them to not close properly. Landscapers flushed out the valves, no repairs were needed, but the issue required a service call and some wasted water.Otherwise, I was very pleased with the work done and the cost, will call ProSkill again for an estimate on my next project.

Our water osmosis setup was leaking, and the company replaced it. Also fixing a corroded fitting on my sink.

Eric is just the best, no one takes care of their customers better, he serviced my units for years, then led me through choosing the right units when replacement was needed, saved my thousands, and the new high efficiency units are still saving me money.

I am happy we were able to find the root of the problem and take care of it for you. on a different note, Mike our tech is a veteran of 20 years in the HVAC, it is possible he could have had a bad day or it was an intermittent problem and i just got it when it wasn't working. It's been a nightmare at times dealing with other contractors, however all I can say about Larson Air is that I love them! Their customer service rocks. I wish I could give them more stars.I love this company. They have a two hour window for service! Not the usual wrap like We'll get there when we get there.They installed a new AC system in my house a few years ago. The price was reasonable and the technicians were total professionals. Ive had zero issues with the new system since.The technicians kept me informed every step of the process.They even wear shoe covers to keep your floors clean .Today I had my AC system serviced by their technician Adnan; Who called and texted me his photo before he arrived. Very nice...Adnan showed up on time, serviced my AC system in a timely manner. Adnan had all the paperwork in a digital format including payment on a portable tablet. A very pleasant, easy, experience. By the way, I used to work for an HVAC company so I know outstanding service when I see it.

Walker Plumbing arrived on time and their technician Cale was a true professional. He came out to give me a quote for locating a sewer line under my slab in my storage room. (I wanted to move my washer into the room). He knew right away, I most likely did not have a sewer line in the area I wanted. He could have given me a price, used his scope camera, and taken my money to only say I did not have the line. After talking he gave me honest advice on how to tackle the job on my own. Very honest and I will definitely use them if I need further plumbing services.

I had my old unit replaced and it was a great experience working with them from the beginning to the end. My old unit actually stopped working and Troy and Phil came to the rescue. Troy gave me an estimate at a very fair price and even worked with my schedule to do the installation on a Saturday. After having gone without central air for several days, it was great to work with a company that was as accommodating as Air Conditioning of AZ. The installation crew were here on time and took great care of the house. It's highly evident they are professionals who take pride in providing valuable service to the community. I would highly recommend Air Conditioning of AZ to others who are needing A/C work done.

Joshua did a fantastic job, had Arizona Valley come to do a tuneup on my 15 year old unit. He was very through, and washed my outdoor coil. Will definitely use them again
