Best A C Repair Services in Phoenix AZ

I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself or my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out and I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before. Go to companies try to call you again prior to coming out for an appointment and not just one and done. I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before with my issue. The gentleman I spoke to then proceeded to tell me again this is my fault I didn’t answer my phone even though they had the wrong number and “that the ball was in my court and I could decide if I wanted my AC fixed or not”

I work in Industry where we use a lot of companies for air-conditioning and plumbing and they said the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Dementia and even though this was a minor fix that needed to be addressed I have a baby so I can’t have my house 100+ degrees that’s why I needed this fixed so quickly. Did not expect the treated so poorly to be interrupted and to be treated aggressively when I asked a question on why are you going through this all again I thought I had an appointment scheduled. I’ll be using the family ever again and I will be telling all my industry partners in multi family, real estate as well as my family and friends to not use this company based upon the customer service and lack of follow through from this company.

Above par did an awesome job on repairing my air condition. They were patient and professional. Took their time to make sure everything was done right. I was working with Clay the owner and that was a surprise to actually have the owner doing the work.

They were able to get us in quick, fixed everything, honest, fair and priced about right (expensive for me, but they were 100% fair). I would recommend them to anyone. Actually my parents and sister have both used this company and how I got their contact information as they were both satisfied with service! Thank you again for the help and quick response!!!!!! Update: I had just gotten a personal call from the owner to see what was wrong with the service and was advised how the unit could've gone out and that the service was given full effort. He even offered to come back and fix it and let me know that I could reach out if the unit needed further repair after the next technician came out.

Replaced a hot water heater!!! Arrived on time, very professional and polite. Will use them again!

Our ac went out on our first floor. We called on Friday and first thing Monday morning Shane was able come out. He fixed it in less than 20 minutes!! By late morning our house was cooled back down to 73 degrees!! Thanks Shane for the quick response!! Highly recommend AC Works!!

I've used Howard Air for periodic service (twice a year) for several years now. My service tech today was Quinten and he was extremely helpful in explaining the results of his competent service work. I will gladly renew my annual service agreement, since I think it more than pays for itself. I am very happy to be their customer.

My AC Unit went out unexpectedly late on Friday night. I called various places Saturday as soon as I got home from work but many were closed and the after hour ones were very pricey. Then I stumbled on Aguilar A/C & Heating. It's a shame they wernt toward the top of the list in my search for nearby A/C repair because it was already evening by the time I found them. Daniel came out within an hr and a half of calling him, inspected the A/C Unit and was able to replace the component that had broken. He gave me tidbits of things to look out for with it and everything took 20 minutes tops. Now it's Sunday morning and I'm sitting in my chilled home super grateful for the reliableness, affordableness, friendliness and efficiency of Aguilar A/C. I highly recommend them!

Chuck came out, did an analysis of the current system in my house, cleaned debris from the ducts, and adjusted vents. The adjustments worked and I did not need an additional unit.
