Due to my disability, I requested a walk in shower to replace the bath tub.Alan , company representative came to our home and was very professional and explained the options to us . Edwin and Justin, came on time and did an awesome job of doing the work .They were hard working and very efficient and finished the work in two days as promised.They cleaned everything up and explained the warranty to us.we are very satisfied with the entire process.

Remodeling with Phoenix Home Remodeling was AMAZING! We completely remodeled the second level of our home: master bathroom, guest bathroom all flooring on the second level including a dual staircase. From the ease of scheduling the initial appointment to the final walk through each step of the way exceeded our expectations!! Jeremy, Mark, Ben and Townsend were a pleasure to work with. Their dedication and attention to detail, scheduling of each part of the remodel and the the quality of work completed was exactly as promised. We used Jacuzzi Bath to replace and old bath tub/shower with a walk-in shower. Doing business with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was an enjoyable experience. They contacted us on a weekly basis to inform us of the timeline for installing. And much to our surprise the install date was moved up one week earlier than originally scheduled. The installers Fred and Pedro E. were on time, respectful of our home, cordial throughout the day, and completed the work as promised. We were very impressed with there workmanship as indicated by the final product. Finishing a job is not just a rubber stamp. They made sure the shower was perfectly lined up with our existing door jams, floor, and walls. Verbally they wanted to make sure that we were happy with the install. You could tell that they are proud of the products that they install and the company that they work for. Kuddos to Fred, Pedro E., Steve (sales rep), and Jacuzzi.

The two men who installed the Shower were outstanding, (Nathan G and Eddy G. They were on time and answered every question we asked. The finished product was exactly how we were told it would be and the clean-up was great. Would recommend these two gentlemen to any one.

After a great experience with our designer, Christina, we opted for HHI to tackle our small bathroom remodel. Every step of the project went as expected. They were open and honest with timelines in regards to product delays/demands. Will, our Project Manager, was very responsive to texts or phone calls, even at strange hours of the day. He was as flexible as he could be with our schedule and was always stepping up to the plate for us. Overall the project went as promised and we had a great experience!

They refinished 2 grime-stained tubs with surrounds. The grime soaked through, so they had to come a second time. They did so with no problems at all. The tubs now look brand new! I recommend them without hesitation.

Getting my drywall repaired in my bathroom and garage was easy once I called this company. I first had an appointment for one of their team members who came over and took some pictures. Later the same day I received an estimate that was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done.
