Noah and Michael were extremely helpful and friendly. They assessed the problem with the HVAC and serviced it in record time! Noah even drove to pick up the parts so that I didn’t need to reschedule the job. Michael did the maintenance work in the meantime and thoroughly explained other issues I should address soon. They were both very professional and I appreciated that.

I've never used Goliath Mechanical before. Larvell arrived on time. He was personable and professional when it came to dealing with customers. He answered all of my questions and explained what he was going to do in great detail. He kept me updated every step of the way. His job was excellent, and I was pleased with it. I want to use their services again in the not-too-distant future! They are my air conditioning team for life!!

From the beginning of calling this company, is was a very smooth opportunity to have out Air Conditioning issues taken care of. Jason Z. came to access the problem and recommended a new install. We scheduled the install for the next day, which was truly fast.We were called the same day to let us know by name who was coming to install and what time, Calvin W. called me in the morning to let me know he would arrive in 30 minutes. He was very respectful of our home, with rugs, tarps and wrap to cover clothes in closet. He was helpful in answering every questions I asked also. The Team of Jeremiah B andDerek came soon after and were great. They really knew what to do and They did not stop working for 6 hours. It was amazing and everything was explained to us and worked perfectly. Calvin W. was a great team leader and you sent a great team.If and when I will be replacing my 2nd AC I am requesting the same company and Team.

George has been my air conditioning person for several years. He has always provided the best experience I've ever had with any service company. He is compassionate, timely, and more concerned about fixing what is wrong than taking my money. My air conditioner finally got to the point where it was beyond economical repair and he gave me a great deal on a brand new unit for my home. I would fully recommend anybody use George. I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself or my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out and I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before. Go to companies try to call you again prior to coming out for an appointment and not just one and done. I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before with my issue. The gentleman I spoke to then proceeded to tell me again this is my fault I didn’t answer my phone even though they had the wrong number and “that the ball was in my court and I could decide if I wanted my AC fixed or not”

I work in Industry where we use a lot of companies for air-conditioning and plumbing and they said the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Dementia and even though this was a minor fix that needed to be addressed I have a baby so I can’t have my house 100+ degrees that’s why I needed this fixed so quickly. Did not expect the treated so poorly to be interrupted and to be treated aggressively when I asked a question on why are you going through this all again I thought I had an appointment scheduled. I’ll be using the family ever again and I will be telling all my industry partners in multi family, real estate as well as my family and friends to not use this company based upon the customer service and lack of follow through from this company.

Above par did an awesome job on repairing my air condition. They were patient and professional. Took their time to make sure everything was done right. I was working with Clay the owner and that was a surprise to actually have the owner doing the work.

We have had a VIP membership with Patrick Riley for about 5 years now. We're very pleased with their services. Today, Michael came out to address a plumbing issue, and to do the regular maintenance on the hot water heater. He was very thorough and was diligent in how he approached the projects. He took his time to ensure the job was done correctly, cleaned up after he was done, took time to explain what needed to be done and why, and patiently answered all my questions.

Amazing customer service experience. The customer service rep was very transparent with costs- even what the cost was to diagnose the issue.
Also because we are a commercial building we needed to set up an account. They were prompt, quick and set this up in the same day. The technician William was prompt, friendly, very knowledgeable. He did check to ensure the unit was working properly before explaining to me what the issue was when our other tech inspected it. Very reliable, helpful and a great team of people to work with.
