Clay was awesome... Got right to it, diagnosed the issue, had the parts on the truck already, and we were back in business.

We recently had a new double AC unit installed and we started hearing a little vibrating in our wall downstairs so Jason came out put isolation pads under the units to fix vibration we were hearing. He inspected the installation. He listened to the units and assured us that they sounded right. Jason was professional, attentive and very easy to talk to. I also have to mention the guys that installed our units on 3.1.21, they were kind, attentive, hard working, very professional young men. We are very happy with our service and our new AC. RJ performed our spring startup service today and true to Dial One Mears form, he left no stone unturned during his inspection and thoroughly briefed us afterward. Thanks to Dial One Mears seasonal services, my wife and I have had no issues with our AC unit. And that says a lot given the brutal heat of Arizona summers. Matthew was very professional, helpful and courteous. Chris was, as well. They went over my situations and were able to provide estimates to address solutions. I'm in the process of acquiring estimates, but am very impressed.

Can't say enough good things about this company. I purchased new A/C unit from them 1 year ago. Had a part go bad. Mind you this was a warranty issue. Five Star was there within the day. Fixed it in 3 days only because of getting the part. Tim and his crew are the best. Only wish I had my commercial units in AZ instead of CA they would service and maintain everything I have. They came out and put a new blower motor on and one month later same problem they say there's only a 30 day garentee wth is up with that I'll have them out every 28 days if that's the case I'm totally done with them

Responded within 3 hours to my home and worked on the system to make it operational and then ordered the necessary parts to correct the problem permanently. I was made to feel like I was really important and not like that they were somehow just doing me a favor. Thanks to the whole Adams Family!

Excellent customer service and installation.

The installer did not install a thermostat that had a common wire which our unit required and also left some wire not connected or connected inappropriately. The was discovered after we found the heater was not working even after the installer came back out to fix the issue - he was not able to fix the issue and eventually told us to contact a different company refusing to come back out. After calling a new company an appropriate thermostat was installed, wires were connected appropriate and the unit is working as it should.

They very quickly took care of the issue with my air conditioner to accommodate my schedule. Jose informed me the overflow pipe wasn't installed properly and did the repair correctly.

My air conditioner went out, call another company and after 5 minutes the first thing they tell me is you need a new unit. So after some google searches I found Cool Summer Air company and they did a good job for me, the repair took about 2 hours, also the technician explained to me what the problem was and the costs of the repair. Thanks Cool Summer Air my a/c unit is working fine now.

He came in and checked everything to see what was wrong with AC. Ordered part and will be back to install it
