George has been fantastic he worked on my house in Tempe 6000 sqft. with 4 AC units. He worked on New construction installation, ducting installation, repair and also installed a split system that controls the family room and the tandem garage. Start to finish throughly impressed .
I’ve bought many ac systems before from multiple companies but this company did everything they said they would to a tee when they said they would do it .
I was not even expecting all the work they did I just thought I was getting new units .
But They even replaced the pan under the air handler in the attic … again I thought that would be reused . Far exceeded my expectations for the value .
There was also no pressure in the sales area they worked out a price offered it to me I asked if it was there best price .. the response Yesr !
I had received multiple estimates that were much higher and one that was less but had no detail . They literally took care of everything for me and had everything up and going by lunch time !! Five stars all day long !!!!

KJ's Cooling and Heating came as a recommendation. When our AC went out, I contacted Brett and he had his staff send out Treno the next morning. Treno was professional, and got the AC unit back up and running. This has been the hottest summer ever in Phoenix and these guys didn't miss a beat. I found them to be trustworthy, respectful and very professional as they were with my neighbors a couple months ago.

I am so grateful I found B3 Refrigeration. My air went out 2 nights ago, and they were able to come out to my home quickly, diagnosed the issue with in a matter of minutes, and were prepared with a replacement part on there truck! With in a few hours of the air going out my house was cooling off again. Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

They did a great job. Would hire again.
