Best Need Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

I have absolutely no idea how this company is still in business. A work order was submitted to have a technician come out to my unit between 2-4 pm. At 4:30 I called because he didn't show up and he had gone to the wrong address. For some reason they didn't consider it important to check what unit they were working on. Then, once they do show up they have no masks or gloves on and enter my apartment. Only to then say that nothing is wrong.

However, when it is 84 degrees and humid in my apartment and my AC is set to 77, it suggests that something is indeed wrong when you consider it is only 85 outside at night and in the early morning. So they send another technician who also says that he can't find anything wrong. He requests pictures of the thermostat showing the difference of temperature, which I provide. They then say it's an insulation issue. That is impossible though because I have lived in this unit through 2 summers already and have had no issues. My neighbors are also experiencing no issues with their temperatures.

Edit to respond to owner: You did not reach out to my management company when you saw the address did not match, I had to call you myself and tell you they didn't show up. Only then did you say someone would be on their way. I never received any phone call signifying a delay due your reps realizing they went to the wrong location. The fact that you would lie about this matter further highlights the issues that your company has.

You also never addressed the fact that you could not resolve my issue. Another company was brought out and the rep actually listened to me and was able to solve the problem! It was a connection issue like I had suggested multiple times which is why nothing looked wrong to your reps. Instead, your first rep chose to remove freon, and the second one said there was nothing that can be done.

Tristin was very nice and professional. He came just to do a maintenance check with the plumbing. His info on some of the things that need to be done was very helpful. Now I can go and get them fixed. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Sam Nunez from Larson, came to my home for routine maintenance check of my Air Conditioning units to ready them for summer. Second time using Nathan and he was able to diagnose the cooling issue we had quickly and setup a plan to fix it by shortening runs and offering to check the status before marking the job complete. I know it’s been harder times Nathan, but thanks for you help once again!

Nathan of Desert State Heating and Air was great. We had an issue where the heater wasn’t working (it actually gets cold in AZ sometimes) and Nathan was first willing to troubleshoot with me before coming out to the house for service. Turned out to be my newer thermostats (which had issues during the hot seasons as well) and he was able to check on my units as well as help to reprogram the thermostats to be operational in both weather conditions. He was responsive, kind, and human. Thanks DSHA!

Superb Company and a joy to do business with. At the time of shopping around and requesting quotes, Worlock was able to replace my AC unit with a newer American Standard and gift two smart home technology freebees at a more competitive price than the others.

What stood out the most, the owner, Bill picked up my call (I was expecting a call center or front desk representative). The guys were able to come that evening and assess my system and sit down with me with their recommendations and options.

Cool item in the house is the Amazon Alexa voice Ecobee thermostat. Not only does it manage hot and cold spots, but you can order groceries, read the news, etc. (SUPER COOL!)

They get a thumbs up and I highly recommend getting an assessment.

*2 weeks in with the installation and the home has been very comfortable. Even with the patio doors open in the evenings when we have our cookout get-togethers with friends/family.

Jeremy came out the night I called and was able to give me multiple options when it came to a new unit. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I had a brand new unit within a week of the old one going out. So glad I called Prestige Mechanical. Made shopping for a new unit so much easier and painless than I had imagined.

We just had service today from Ducts, Inc. - very happy! Good price, very responsive, professional, on time, did what they said they would do. Cleaned up after themselves! When they came to give a quote, I had asked them to call or text upon arrival rather than ring the doorbell (dogs get Barky). They even remembered that when they came back to provide the service, called when he arrived - very impressed. Highly recommend ! Thank you.
