Best Clean Installations in Phoenix AZ

Howard Air installed a mini split unit in my home a year ago. We’ve had a few problems with the unit ( one requiring a new heat exchanger that took two weeks to get) and now I have a flashing LED on the indoor unit. When the LED flashes, the unit will not run. I called Howard Air to inform them of the problem. And even though I have a 10 year warranty, they told me I had to pay $98.00 for a diagnostic test. I was surprised by this but I paid it. When the tech arrived he thought there was a transformer issue, but he called someone and they told him to pull the main power breaker, wait a few minutes and plug it back in. The reset seemed to work until the next day when I got home to a warm bedroom and a flashing green LED. That prompted me to call Howard Air again. They were curious and all and I was given a Thursday morning between 7 and 12:00. I also received TWO confirmation emails. I stayed home all morning waiting for someone to arrive, and at 3:00 PM I called and was told the appointment was in the afternoon!!! I then read word for word the email I was sent, and was told there was a mixup. Now I have to wait until Monday. Heck of a way to run a business

He was on time (even gave me a heads up he was on his way), professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and the biggest thing was he was able to fix my issue same day!! He was able to explain and show what was going on with my system and how he was going to fix it. Before leaving he ensured my AC was working correctly. He was super friendly and easy to work with. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!

A friend recommended ABC and I couldn't be happier. They came out, fixed a minor thing our landlord had overlooked, and gave us some advice on how to keep things running smooth. I engaged Certify HVAC to re-route my clothes dryer vent. Ulises understood exactly what to do, and even improved on the idea. Two days before the vent work was scheduled, my AC stopped working. Ulises came a day early, and identified what the AC problems were, and repaired everything. He also solved a long-time problem with wiring to the Nest thermostat.The next day the vent project was completed nicely right on schedule. Ulises is a great listener, problem solver, trustworthy and keeps to his word.

Layton came out to the house and fixed an issue that we’ve been having since we purchased the home. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue right away, and had it fixed in a very short amount of time.

Great staff! Had an old, inefficient AC unit that was breaking down on a regular basis. Jeremy explained, in detail, all of my options for replacing the unit. Installation was clean and fast. The new unit is far exceeding my expectations. The house feels much cooler than it ever did with the old unit, set at the same Temp. Prestige did an awesome job!
