Greg showed up right on time and explained everything he and his partner Cody would be doing. They were both very personable, professional, polite, and efficient. They kept me as updated as they progressed. When the job was complete they cleaned up very well. Greg recapped everything that had been done, and explained the warranty in detail. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process from sales consultation with Bart Thompson to the job done by Greg and Cody.

The quality of service was stellar. Our 20-year old units are running great after they were tweaked! Felt good to trust the process and know that heading into our AZ Summer, I have a sense of peace. Thx again- great job!

I was assigned this contractor through my home warranty company. I scheduled an appointment for AC issues. My appointment was initially set for Wed between 1 and 5PM. No one ever showed and I did not receive any calls from the company. After calling them myself to check the status, I was told that due to delays, they would be out the following day between 1 and 5PM. At 8:30PM, a technician had still not been to my residence and I had received no updates from the company. I was finally able to get a technician on the phone who indicated he would personally be at my residence between 9:30 and 10Am the following morning. Well, they never showed and again no updates from the company. Even though it is during business hours, no one will answer their phone and the message says they are closed. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Very unprofessional.

Adam is by far the most honesty and trustworthy HVAC pro I've ever done business with. He shoots straight and works hard and is competitively priced. We called Adam's refrigeration to inspect the two HVAC units in the home we wanted to purchase. They did they inspection for $120 and told us the units worked without problem. Not even a month into owning the home, we called them out to perform a routine cleaning and maintenance of the units. We were told one unit had a clogged drain pipe that they flushed during this maintenance. About 2 weeks after that, that particular unit stopped cooling. Adam's returned to the house and found that the unit had frozen over and that water was overflowing the drainage pan. They claimed to have flushed this drainage pipe again during this visit. A week later, I called a different company out to come service this HVAC because we were still having problems. The drainage pan was overflowing still when the new company opened it up and there was extensive water damage. The second company had to remove a portion of the drainage pipe that had calcified over and created a complete blockage. There is no way that the technician from Adam's would have been able to flush this line, though they claimed to have done it twice. I called Rex, the owner of Adam's Refrigeration to tell him all of this and explained what had happened. I was upset that we had spent over $1000 with his company for services that I don't believe they ever actually performed. Our HVAC was always left in the same subpar condition and I was never notified that the pump was still leaking water all over. Rex listened to me and told me he would look into and get back to me the next day. Of course, no phone call the next day or any day after that. I have called him back three times after, but he refuses to take my call or return my messages. This company is unprofessional and scammed us out of $1000.

Called Gerald, out in a few days with new TRANE unit. Scott and Seth came out 8AM and quality job done by 11AM. Solid work and fair price. Locally owned and operated. Waranteed work. Two thumbs up!

The installer did not install a thermostat that had a common wire which our unit required and also left some wire not connected or connected inappropriately. The was discovered after we found the heater was not working even after the installer came back out to fix the issue - he was not able to fix the issue and eventually told us to contact a different company refusing to come back out. After calling a new company an appropriate thermostat was installed, wires were connected appropriate and the unit is working as it should.

B3 Refrigeration is affordable and fast. Thank you Keith, Katie, and Zeke for taking care of me. They have kept my 40 year old unit running as long as possible and finally replaced it this year.

Scheduled a plumbing service the Proskill website yesterday and surprisingly got next day service. A customer service person called to confirm immediately after I scheduled. The time window was 8-10am the next day. This morning I got a text that the tech was on his way. He arrived at exactly 8am.Leif was polite, professional, listened, and provided expert advice. He was patient and explained my options, including some that I could do entirely myself. We chose to use the Proskill plumbing services and clean (enzyme treatment) our sink drains and overflows, same for the tub. Leif put on booties prior to entering our house and couldn't have been more pleasant. Great experience.Proskill has replaced our water heater, air conditioner, shower valve, garbage disposal, and more. Always excellent service.
