But due to all the information that Abdiel showed us and explained the problem we made an informed decision on what to do next . We felt very comfortable with our decision . My husband has retired from the construction industry after 50years and spoke to some of his plumbing friends and they confirmed everything we were told . So the next day Abdiel and a installer gentleman who was absolutely wonderful his name is Cristobal . This man was amazing . He is one of the kindest hardworking honest men the I have ever had the pleasure to meet . This plumbing company is the absolute best . What could have been a nightmare wasn't really that bad . They gave us a price and at the end there were no extras ( the problem changes are what I call them . ) it was exactly what they said it would be .
