Both Daniel and Fernando are complete professionals. They installed my new A/C and quickly worked out any quirks with the unit and came back a couple of times to follow up and make sure I was satisfied. They are always prompt in returning my phone call and go the extra mile with everything they do in their check up and maintenance. I highly recommend them to be your a/c specialist! Heather in the office is always cheerful, kind and helpful.

I was assigned this contractor through my home warranty company. I scheduled an appointment for AC issues. My appointment was initially set for Wed between 1 and 5PM. No one ever showed and I did not receive any calls from the company. After calling them myself to check the status, I was told that due to delays, they would be out the following day between 1 and 5PM. At 8:30PM, a technician had still not been to my residence and I had received no updates from the company. I was finally able to get a technician on the phone who indicated he would personally be at my residence between 9:30 and 10Am the following morning. Well, they never showed and again no updates from the company. Even though it is during business hours, no one will answer their phone and the message says they are closed. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Very unprofessional.

They came on time, found the problem with the thermostat and fixed it.

Had a leaky solar/electric hot water heater. Contacted Patrick Riley and Bo was dispatched. He showed up on time and called prior to arriving. He was very friendly and professional. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and started to work on the replacement immediately. He replaced the hot water tank, circulation motor and a number of valves. His work was very detailed and meticulous. The next day when he returned to finish the job I expressed concern that something did not appear to be working correctly. Rather than dismiss my concerns, he tested out the system and found and corrected the issue. The system has been working perfectly since. I highly recommend Bo and Patrick Riley.

Anthony went above and beyond expectations. He worked quickly and efficiently but he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He taught me how to clean another filter I had in the house, which had been accumulating dust for several years. Very pleasant personality. I would certainly request him again.

Tom was AMAZING! I called yesterday because our house was freezing cold with our new ecobee system and we didn’t know how to adjust it. He first tried to assist me over the phone and then they were able to schedule me for the very next morning for a visit. He was efficient and helpful in explaining the system and what was incorrect with our wiring. Then he was also able to waive the fee since it was a minor fix. He even let us borrow his ladder to change our air filters. They are an amazing and reliable company and I’ll only be going to them for my hvac needs.

This company is by far the best AC company in the valley. This is the second home I have had to replace my AC's in and each time they were absolutely the best company. Their prices are half of every AC company out there. Their quality of work is superior in every way. The entire process from initial phone call to the completed installation was 5 days.

I had to go w new company. This is who home warranty recommended. Knows equipment. Offered program for maintenance of air. To me they went the extra mile to ensure my unit was maintained well.

You know how when you find good people, it's evident? Good people have a certain way they talk, a certain way they walk, a certain way they help you through things.

Gerald and his team, (which I think consists mostly of his family) are just plain good people.

We had the unfortunate circumstance to have both of our A/C units experience issues in the summer of 2020 (of course, need I say more?). By the time we started talking with Gerald, I had already been on an a/c contractor parade. I buy nothing that will cost 10k+ without shopping around, so we're talking Excel spreadsheet comparison with all the different quotes, ideas, suggestions, etc...

I can say Gerald wasn't the least expensive option on the list, but was definitely one of the better prices, and his company offered a labor warranty that was 2.5x longer than the next closest installer. Bang for the buck-- this was a no-brainer.

On install day his team showed up and they're delightful. I can't imagine working in 100+ degree heat in an attic all day, so I honestly couldn't be more thankful. They're polite, informative and again, just plain good people.

I watched our old stuff hit the road and the new stuff come in, and wow. Totally awesome.

Jose was amazing. He was extremely thorough. He was able to readjust my heat vent to blow more evenly around my house. It’s perfect now. I’ve been having issues with extra dust and he explained reasons why this may be occurring with options on what things can be done. I have had great service with this company. Very respectful, knowledgeable, helpful and overall nice. A second person came, I don’t remember his name (sorry) who was also great! Thank you!

When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.

I would recommend Scott’s AZ services to my best friend and have their card on my fridge for any future needs, they do a/c, plumbing, electrical and filtration.

With this Arizona heat it's almost impossible to live without an A/C, so, when ours went out, we were miserable. Thankfully, Nick came to our rescue. Our service was quick, easy, and the entire experience was amazing, we're not melting anymore! The service was fast, professional, and I would recommend them without a second thought. They were friendly, quick, and the problem was resolved with no issues whatsoever. True lifesavers!

ACA hands down the team to call.... called for an estimate on a new roof unit...Troy personally came out and handled that.... and had us scheduled for install within 24 hrs... talk about fast ......Phil was on time... polite, very efficient and kept us informed throughout the install on what he was doing... we worried about nothing. Totally unresponsive company. Cancelled on me four times with no customer service support. Just terrible, avoid at all costs.
