Best Temperature Control in Phoenix AZ

Steve was exceptional. I told him our attic was pretty tight and he was wick to respond “no worries” he will find a way to see what can be done and he delivered. Steve got up into the attic and assessed the issue and we are able to add two vents to our AC unit to our master Br which faces east. Might I add he ensured he didn’t leave one piece of mess behind and even covered my shirts in the closet. We have utilized Desert Diamond in the past and have always been pleased with their service! Thanks Steve for your professionalism.

We also had two other Desert Diamond techs out who installed new duck work for two new vents in Master Bedroom and they were exceptional. Some of the best work I have ever had done.

Today we had Hayden out for a heating repair and he diagnosed the issue and was superb in his customer service as well. There was not a question when he asked if we wanted to sign up for an annual or multi year plan. We signed up today. Thank you Desert Mechanical for EXCELLENT SERVICE. Also - the woman who took my service call this lroing was genuine caring and fantastic as well. I haven’t been this pleased with a company for a long time….

I was very satisfied with AC and Refridgeration! They came out to me even though I was a little outside their usual service area, they were fast, friendly, and very professional to work with! I can’t recommend them enough!

B3 arrived in a timely manner, within the stated window. The technician was polite, diagnosed the problem quickly, went and purchased a new garbage disposal. Upon his return, he removed the faulty waste disposal, installed the new disposal in no time, and was on his way. Very satisfied and would have no hesitation in recommending B3 for a service job.

AccuTemp saved our butts yesterday! We woke up to our house suddenly getting warmer and warmer. The short version is that the original installation company was unable to keep their appointment and through a referral from a family member we called Accutemp. It can be expensive and sometimes impossible to get hvac repairs done on a Sunday, but this wasn't unreasonable at all. Thank goodness it was an easy fix!!! I'm extremely satisfied with the service and the tech was very nice too!

Warning! This contractor was hired by my new home builder as the AC system installer. The quality of work is extremely inferior and well below standard. They installed ductwork in my ceiling that was left out in the rain and was clearly ruined. The indoor air handler was not the correct model, the copper lines were the wrong size, and numerous areas of the air vents were incorrect, and the fresh air intake was installed in the back of filter box where the air will not be filtered. I saw the builder plans and they were not followed. I would avoid purchasing a new home if this is the qualified contractor. Zero stars was not an option, so they got one by default.

We had a high profile tenant moving in and we needed a couple units serviced ASAP. Another company came and quoted us 2 GRAND to move the condenser to the roof because it wasn’t getting enough air flow.

Thankfully we called Phoenix Air Dept. They came
out the next day and were able to diagnose the problem and actually create a REAL solution for less than half the original quote from those other guys.

Now our tenant is happy as can be. Phoenix Air Dept saved us time, money, and gave us true peace of mind.

Not something that was normal.

This company is so unprofessional. They did work for us can't even get an invoice out of them they promised it to me yesterday by the end of the day didn't happen they promised it to me today by noon didn't happen now they're saying by the end of today it won't happen they ignore your calls their work is shoddy don't use them

Getting service in Phoenix during the summer can be difficult since many people have problems when it heats up for our summers.

Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part.

In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.

They didn't want to deal with me regarding a simple question about my condenser over phone. Just wanted to clarify one little issue before dispatching a tech to come fix my ac unit. Look elsewhere everyone!
