This was my first time working with Hobaica and saw that they had a virtual scheduling system (honestly an amazing feature) that I could use to schedule a virtual meeting to replace my AC. After scheduling, I got a call from Jasmine regarding potentially having a person come out to look at the units. She went above and beyond in helping me understand the offerings that Hobaica offered and we even had a lovely personal chat about the changes in our lives. Thank you Jasmine!

Dave, with Scottsdale Air & Heating has been servicing our Train Heat Pump for several years and does an excellent job and explanation of the issues if any. We have lived here for over 20 years and have had the opportunity to deal with many HVAC companies and Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling are by far the best.

Miguel called an hour prior to arrival and arrived at the expected time. He was friendly, polite and professional. Inspection completed in a timely manner...and I needed no repairs!!! Yeah! I always us Howard Air for my twice annual A/C inspection and any needed repairs

Daniel was here within 1.5 hours to fix my AC. He was professional and understood that I couldn't afford a new AC right now but got my old one working hopefully enough to last the summer. Ulises installed minisplits in three rooms for us. He went the extra mile to find equipment given supply chain issues, and also to do things like paint the line set covers prior to installing them. He is very responsive and does great work. We'd hire him again in a heart beat.

I would recommend that you have Green ID check your home and make all necessary improvements to prevent further wast of your money in high power bills. They are super thorough in details and repairs that will improve your homes efficiency. In the beginning it sound like a lot, but it will pay for itself in the end. It all happens in a day. I would really tell you that if at all get your AC system sealed. That's 80% of people's problem.

I would leave less than one star if it was possible- rude office staff, they give a date and time frame for when they are going to show up- and then they miss their appointments- then they never call to follow up with you! It is understandable that things come up and rescheduling has to happen sometimes- however when there is no communication and they just never show up- that is a HUGE problem! -and its been my huge problem on 3 separate occasions now- i've never tried so had to throw money at a company in my life- safe to say that i have hired a new company at this point, and i will NEVER be calling this company again!!!

Truck 235 cut me off on Grand.He was in the right lane and decided to switch lanes all fast and cut me off.

Promptly answered my call and even though I didn't use them in the end , they were able to answer all my concerns over the phone.
