I contacted them on the weekend, they responded, they showed up on time on Monday and were very nice and professional! They are off to a great start!

David came out and gave us a proposal that while not the cheapest was the best value. He arrived on time to do the installs and was efficient in his work and cleaned everything up and hauled away the old water heaters. We are very pleased. Note: you will be charged for the proposal but the charge will be applied to the project cost if you decide to use them for your project.

Gentleman were very professional and proactive when they came to repair my system. I loved that they where polite and didn’t try to rush, will definitely use them again.

We had a large slab leak. Ben Franklin Plumbing told us a full re-pipe was highly recommended for 22k or an unrecommended single pipe reroute could be done for 9k. They charged us $100 for the estimate to boot.

We called Edwards Plumbing for a second opinion and we are so glad that we did. Robert came right away, after hours, for a FREE estimate and told us his HONEST and PROFESSIONAL opinion that only a single pipe reroute was necessary. It was a small fraction of the Ben Franklin estimate and it was clear that this plumbing company has integrity. They came the next day and located/fixed our pipe within a couple hours with no issues. I cannot recommend this company enough to someone looking for good work from good people. We will definitely call Edwards Plumbing again if we have plumbing issues in the future.

Took them 10 hours to show up, and 2 hours to fix an issue are my apt complex... Meanwhile I was continuously vacuuming waste water that was backing up into my tub and on the floor coming from under the toilet. 12 hours of vacuuming and dumping other people's waste water for 12 hours... No one cared one bit.

They take care of everything. You just need to pick your location and tell them what you need. They come out, do the work, and send you a bill. It is so easy to use and the pricing is fair. I love the customer service and the ability to schedule a time for the work to be done. The scheduling is easy to use and the work is done on time. I have a new build home and have my warranty through this company. They are not helpful and all there phone representatives tell you something different.My a/c broke yesterday and waited for 2 hours for a call back from their technician that never called I had to call them back from them just to tell me they couldn’t come out until 2 weeks and to just google someone that can come.Also the warranty is nonsense! They told me to get anyone to come and the warranty should cover the parts and just to let them know. But no it wasn’t like that at all.I would recommend not to use them!!!

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
