Our home inspector discovered a water line leak that had flooded our 6,000 sq ft home. Within 30 minutes of discovery and our call to him, Robert had cleanup people on site. He immediately pulled workers from other jobs and began water cleanup. His crew(s) worked countless hours on a huge job including working over the weekend.
Robert was a godsend. My wife and I were 1,000 miles away and in absolute shock. Robert settled our anxiety on a daily basis while answering our questions and proving us with a steady stream of information and photos. Robert was highly competent and very sympathetic.

We were very pleased with his work product and work ethic.

This company was amazing and was so helpful during a time where the house was completely flooded from storms. Not only where they able to get to the residence quickly, they did a thorough and professional job determining the extent of the damage. This company is a Joke! They put a Bogus Lein against our house.,. from Louisiana, Parish of Orleans.. when we live in Phoenix, Az.. for payment that has been paid by both the insurance company and our deductible! Jessica Ziegler is a joke! I would not Use this company! They came in and destroyed our house… and then disappeared for months… before another company had to come in and finish the work! Stay Away From This Company!!!

The company was professional. They protected the area they were working in with plastic so it doesn’t spread dust all over. But... They tear out Sheetrock out with no regard to how it’s going to have to be fixed. Ended up costing us more to fix their “ripping” down the drywall instead of cutting out sections.

We were extremely happy with Michael, Greg, Edgar, Frank and Zachary from AM/PM Restoration who did our work.
They were excellent. They were very professional, and meticulous in their work. They wanted to be sure we were completely satisfied. They were punctual and very respectful and they made sure other things in the area were well protected. We felt very comfortable having them in our home.

We are dealing with the hot water tank leak, we have worked with this company previously through our insurance. Unfortunately the initial experience was tremendous but the current experience has been a nightmare. What should’ve taken a few days has now taken multiple weeks, very poor communication and follow up with the team. We have been promised multiple times a job will be done, then the workers leave and the work is left unfinished. We’ve had to call multiple staff members including the general manager requesting immediate resolution and we are still waiting for this job to be finished

At 3:30 am a flood happened in my house. I called them and within less than a hour they were here. Brad helped me through out the whole process. So pleased with his help.

I would give ASAP Restoration 10 stars if I could. I worked with Josh and he was extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional. We had a mold issue in my son’s apartment and he was there immediately to test, get the results back and go to bat for us when trying to get the problem remediated. He went above and beyond the mold testing to help us. Don’t hesitate using this company, I’m so happy I used their services and would highly recommend them for any services that they provide! We had an attic water leak 3 days before Thanksgiving. I've never had to use a Restoration company because of home damage before and PuroClean was recommended to us. They showed up before Thanksgiving to get us started with the demo of the damage to the house. They were informative and let us know ahead of time all that was going to happen. Whoever showed up for the day always called ahead of time to inform us they were on their way. They were courteous, respectful, professional and did the work. I would recommend them to anyone needing any inside home demo work.
