Best Water Damage Restoration Process in Phoenix AZ

Doan Restoration was so helpful to us when we had a flooding last week. They were quick to come about and were so very informative throughout the whole process. This was our first ever flooding in our home so obviously we were frantic but they helped us feel more calm and more positive about the situation being fixed and cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Doan Restoration for any clean up job you need they are really good at what they do.

This company is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with!

They would not sign the proper paperwork for the mortgage company so they repairs to my house could start. Even after repeated calls and email from me. They finally signed the right paperwork after I threatened to go to the insurance company and insurance adjustor. By them not signing the proper paperwork it caused a month and a half delay in getting my house fixed. To finally get everything done I have to get their billing company involved because Water Fighters, namely Brandon and Ceasar, could not figure the paperwork.

Now we have to keep calling to get any work done on the house. The house should have been repaired already. But there inability to plan and supervise their employees properly the house is still finished being repaired. In order to get them finish we have to keep calling and calling.

This company talks about how great they are and what a good job they will do. If I was a customer looking to get get my house repaired I would think long and hard about hiring this company to do it.

Their partner company Cardinal Clean is in the same boat as they are, not professional and not a good company.

At the end of the day if I would not have picked this company if I knew then what I know now. You can bet that I would never pick them again should the need arise to get my house repaired again.

So to add more to this they finally finished the job, three months late I might add!

The ,manager, Cesar, is a foul mouthed person and very unprofessional. I would never use this company if they were the only company left that could do the job.

Beware if you hire them, they are really nice so they can get your business and then they are not slow at doing everything and you spend days chasing them to do the job that you hired them to do.

Arrived at my home less then a hour after my flood they helped me get in and out my home safely and took control of the flood. I Felt so stressed before their arrival and when they left I had complete relaxation and knowing that my home was in good hands. Definitely will be calling again if emergency comes up!

Had a water heater failure and called them right away. They did minimal demo, basically baseboards and a little sheetrock, and had everything dry in a couple of days. Seamless and efficient. I really appreciate their response and ability to work with our insurance. I recommend them to anyone with water remediation issues.

Jenkins Restorations was contracted by my insurance agency to help me with re-build my kitchen after flood damage from a leak. Everett Sandoval was my main point of contact at Jenkins and he was a pleasure to work with. He was promptly available any time I had a question, showed up at each step of the way to audit and inspect his crews' work quality, and generally was about as helpful as I could imagine a superintendent being. My kitchen restoration is complete and it looks absolutely fantastic. I am so pleased with the outcome and I will definitely keep Everett's contact for the next time I need home remodeling work done. I found ASAP through my insurance company and glad I did. Josh helped me on a holiday weekend with my rental property and gave me all the information and advice to make decisions that were right for me, not the insurance company or his company. Truly a company with integrity.

These guys are scammers... if they suggest asbestos/mold testing only allow testing through FiberQuant Arizona, who charges $85 for 5-layer testing and doesn't round up. I've seen their testing costs at $2300 - compared to the same test at $85 elsewhere. Another thing, they started work on one of our properties without permission to enter the property - they'd already started setting up their equipment and their quote was $4400 for the work... we called someone else in and got the work done for $250. They prey on people not knowing what really needs to be done, and it's downright criminal. They also are rude... they were parked in a fire lane where traffic from our entire condo building must pass through in order to get to work or get out of the building, and refused to move to accommodate people who need to get to work. Would never, ever, ever, ever recommend this company.... ever.

Jim Porter was amazing. Professional, polite and an all around good person. We have two large Saint Bernards that pretty much destroy anything within a 5 foot radius. Drool, dirt, mud and a lot of dog hair. He came in, followed protocol of scratching and petting our Saint Bernards and went right to work. Everything came out amazing. Carpet looks amazing and grout looks like new. We couldn’t be happier.
