Service Master showed up after we had a home flood on April 28, 2021 involving two bathrooms and our kitchen. The flood included the tile flooring up and downstairs, the shower tile, our kitchen cabinets and our ceramic countertops. The Service Master techs always arrived at the time we arranged. They were clearly competent, hard working, and very good at communicating with my husband and me, answering the many questions that we had, clearly and respectfully. They treated us like this had been their home that had been flooded. Later when the work had been completed and I called their Program Manager, Sandi, she spent nearly an hour answering detailed questions I had regarding our damages and repairs, making sure I had the same understanding as my insurance company. I rarely write reviews but when a company and its employees are so well managed I like to recognize them.

They responded very fast and did an excellent job repairing old water damage from an exterior door leaking and making sure it didn’t happen again. And it hasn’t through two very big rain storms. Highly recommend.

Juan Jimenez headed the mitigation team. He was thorough and professional and courteous. He and his helper, Tim, came every morning once the fans were set up to check on the drying out process. Juan was patient in explaining the process and discovered the source of the problem that caused the water leak. They cleaned up everyday before leaving.

The Servicemaster team was very professional and polite they called me every morning to let me know how far they were out and when they would be there they answered all questions and asked me if I had any questions why it fell out but you make me happy I would use in the future thank you

Came home to areas where drywall doors casing and base were removed and found it spotless my belongings were put in other rooms with care and a obvious goal to exceed my expectations. I just want to thank Nick and his family for the great service they did at my home. I had a terrible situation with my kitchen sink and counter top but they were able to rectify and restore it with no problem. I want to thank them for being so professional and kind.
