Best Storm Damage Assessment in Phoenix AZ

The owner and an employee came to our house one month ago to give us quotes on building an office space. We never received the quotes even after emailing them to follow up.

I would definitely use Arizona Fire & Water again. Caesar was on time, very polite, friendly and professional tech. I had water damage in my kitchen. Caesar did the installation to my wall, base boards and painted the kitchen. The work turned out GREAT! He replaced my wall that had to be ripped out due to the mold. Replacement looks like nothing ever happen to my kitchen and paint skill are good. No paint on my floor and clean up after he was done. Also, their field manager came out to follow-up making sure everything was okay, if tech needed any extra materials. This is a good company. I would definitely refer them to my friends.

Never thought I’d have to call them for services but glad I did they came in ready and prepared to assist my situation , crystal assessed and started the process right away , Cece was very friendly and efficient while working , and when I called to the office I spoke to 2 very awesome staff Gloria and Nina , very quick to answer any questions and how I was to proceed ,made the process a lot easier thanks .

My experience with Jenkins has been absolutely horrible. The communication has been spotty at best. I had water damage to my bathroom ceiling that required the replacement of one piece of drywall. This happened in July and is still not fixed. Today, their contractor sent out to repair my drywall showed up without any of the materials on the repair quote (beyond the drywall). When I noticed the company installing the drywall without insulation and challenged them, instead of installing new insulation (as quoted) they ripped up old insulation from another part of my house and tried to use that until I stopped them. They also used scrap wood from my fence to construct supports for the drywall.

Now I need to have another company come in and rip out what they did and do it the right way. What an absolute waste of everyone's time.

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

We were about to have over 50 guests show up for a graduation party for our children when my wife discovered a leak in our garage- OH NO!!!! I had a friend refer R2 Fire and Water. Nathan is outstanding!! I had a concern about a previous company and the product they used and the impact to my health. He drove down to my condo with a sample of the product to let me see if it was the same one and then inspected the room to ensure it was safe!!! AMAZING. I am so happy he put my fears at ease since the previous company was acting weird about the situation and wouldn’t let me see the product they used. I've told you about my day w/ the repair people on Wed...all things repaired and back to working with the first 8 hours of the day..first crew arrived at 9:30 AM....3 guys...brought in a air cleanser..hooked it up and while they cut out the back wall of the closet..part with black mold on it..and the cleanser ran..and they packed up and left..Next came the crew that moved all the stuff out of the way and by cutting on the water, we found the pinhole..yes..no bigger than the head of a pin...in the pipe..no further mold found behind the wall..slightly damp wood...not necessary to replace..and this bunch left..Finally, the plumber showed up..cut on water again so he could locate the hole..by 5 PM..the same day..I had running water..running hot water by 6 PM..and life was good once more...
Then, today the phone rang..was Cary who handled the billing and USAA claims...are you sitting down?? The first good news was USAA had called her and they found a mistake they made with the claim...They found I had more coverage that first thought. Well, I started to fall apart at this kindness...The Servpro company had all these people that worked for them. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO SERVPRO OF NORTH CENTRAL MESA. After 2 failed attempts of getting this taken care of..one phone call to this company and head honcho PAUL FROST..and he caught the ball and ran with it..and his people not only knew how to do the job, but didn't dilly dally around it.
The Servpro company had all these people that worked for them..applied to black mold removal, removing the back wall..half of it..with the mold on it..finding and repairing the leak, cleansing the air of black mold..AND running water? Hot and cold?? Yes, Virginia, there is a God..and He is a mighty God..and yes..there is a Santa Claus too...I am feeling very blessed and amazed how this thing has turned into such a blessing..meeting all these great people...and getting such service from them compared to the nothing the first 2 companies did..and dragged for 4 months..If you ever need hardworking, spot on people who know what and how to do with a situation like water damage..I highly recommend Servpro.of North Central Mesa AZ ...Heck of a story , right?? and now..THE END..

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
