The owner and an employee came to our house one month ago to give us quotes on building an office space. We never received the quotes even after emailing them to follow up.

Highly recommend. We had a slow leak under our sink that were didn’t know about. Once we discovered it there was a good amount of damage. Eric worked with our remodel contractor to ensure our quartz countertop and farmhouse sink weren’t destroyed in the process of taking things apart to get to the damage. The work they did was professional, clean and neat. I have a lot of confidence our contractor will easily be able to restore our kitchen due to their great work. Of course, they also got rid of and treated for mold and got everything dried out. They covered our hard floors too so they weren’t ruined. All in all for what was a terrible situation, they made us feel like they really cared not only about the job but also about my kitchen and for us personally. Don’t hesitate to call them if you need this kind of service.

Shortly after making an appointment I received an email with a confirmation. The email contained the name and a photo of the Carpet Professional who would be coming to our home. I found this information extremely helpful and definitely gave me peace of mind.
He arrived exactly on time, was extremely friendly and got right to work. I was impressed with his knowledge of removing our particular stains from our carpet (pet stains). The whole process took about 2 hours.

Zona Restoration is the best! I honestly can't say enough positive things about them. It was so reassuring to have a professional company that took care of everything for us from A to Z during a rough time, from corresponding with the insurance company and adjusters, scheduling plumbers and all the various contractors, working with and accomodating our tenants, and just being overall pleasant to work with.

We almost went with a restoration company that a plumber recommended, but my insurance agent advised that many of the restoration companies pay plumbers kickbacks and do a terrible job and start taking apart a house before getting any sign off from an insurance company, thereby leaving the homeowner on the hook for anything not approved.
