I can't say enough wonderful things about Arizona Fire and Water Restoration!
Bob Miller, project manager, headed up our restoration. After a major flood through out our home from the condo unit above us, he brought in teams of well-trained, experienced workers to complete the restoration. Lawrence, Sr. and his team was enlisted to patch, tape, and paint our walls. The holes were imperceptible upon completion. The walls were perfect, once painted. After new carpet was rolled out, the cleaning crew arrived. Six months of mold and mildew residue, construction dust, and debris from work crews disappeared. The black asphalt and tar that was tracked in on our tile and grout for the previous six months was steamed off by Frank and Greg in half a day. The results were astonishing! Frankie arranged for a textile crew to assist with curtains. Everything was well-coordinated. While the process of remediation, restoration, and renovation takes what seems to be an agonizingly long time, everyone at AZ Fire &Water was understanding, helpful, empathetic, and invested themselves in the projects. Many of them are victims of disaster loss, as well, and identify with what you're going through. Got a kick out of Judith and Jorday--they will even help you with your computer!

I wanted to thank Marcos and lee, they did an awesome job at clean and repair. Their work and customer service was so professional and kind hearted. I just wanted to make sure they got some recognition for the tremendous job they did !!!

The water line on my fridge busted and flooded my kitchen late at night, the Technicians responded quickly and promptly and were very helpful. Clean up was fast and they got drying equipment running the same night. They did the demolition efficiently and got my kitchen put back together in less than two weeks. I was very pleased with their kindness and helpfulness.

We had a bathroom faucet flood and needed part of the vanity ripped out and the area dried quickly. Rocky Mountain Restoration came through, with skill for removal and equipment for drying. A couple of days later, we experienced a separate flood in a laundry room, the day of a monsoon. In Phoenix, it's absolutely impossible to schedule water leak detection a day after a monsoon, but JP came through! His staff was booked but he stopped by personally to locate the wettest area so we knew whether to call a plumber or roofer, and then to know which wall the plumber needed to open up. Thanks to JPs extraordinary response, the plumber diagnosed the problem the same day. But most impressive was the show of integrity. When an employee came by a couple of days later to pick up their drying and air filtration equipment, he tested and determined that it needed to stay for more drying. We had already paid a flat fee, and they surely could have moved the equipment to another customer for additional income, given the monsoon situation. But they were committed to making our situation right, even if it meant some foregone income for them. They have gained my trust!

All Dry was a fantastic help! We called them once we first noticed we had water damage. They put us on their schedule right away and within days had the damage removed and the area drying. They helped us find the source of the water damage and hooked us up with an hvac guy to fix the problem. The guy he recommended was awesome and very well priced. All dry even got us hooked up with a rebuild company to do the repairs once the drying was done. All dry made this whole process so much easier! I highly recommend them!

Jill the owner provided misguided claims knowledge which cost me more money and additional stress. Once she found out we weren't going thru insurance she became rude and difficult to work with. If you really need help with water damage this is the last place to call.

My experience with Gateway Restoration was very positive. Danjee was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and very punctual. Our remodel went smoothly and was also very quick.
