I'm currently going through a rebuild process at my home due to water damage that occurred just before Christmas. I expected delays due to the holidays and the process of selecting a general contractor to perform the job. I selected Az Fire & Water due to their reputation and on-line reviews, so far I have not been disappointed with the quality of work and their punctuality, they are always here when they say they are going to be here and even though I had to wait longer than I wanted for them to start the actual rebuild process I really appreciated the fact they were up front with me about how long the whole process would take and so far they have been right on the money with their scheduling. Recently I had Mario out at my place doing the drywall repair, and painting and was not only impressed with how quickly he got the job done but also the quality of work he did; you would have never been able to tell that anything happened with the areas he repaired. In addition, Mario was very nice & polite and I enjoyed our conversations during the 2 days he was working on my Kitchen and living room.

Rocky Mountain was referred to me by Robin’s Plumbing. They arrived within an hour of the plumber leaving and took care to put booties over their feet when entering the property. I had text and phone communication, and they easily transitioned to using my partner as primary contact when I was out of town.

They had to set up machines after a roof leak came through our bathroom ceiling, as well as cut open a hole in the ceiling to air out the attic crawlspace. Charlie, Jordan, and Markell were all great to work with.

He was knowledgeable, respectful of my surroundings and me, and always arrived on time when he said he would arrive to check the blowers. A very professional company!

ASAP restoration was the first place I called when I noticed water coming through our ceiling in the bathroom. Sure enough they were the only call I needed to make! They came out immediately and addressed the roof as well as set us up with an industrial dehumidifier to help keep away mold and bacteria. Then through great communication they were able to get me a quick estimate and detail exactly what they would do to alleviate the issue. The work they do is second to none! Couldn’t be more satisfied! The owner, Josh, is easy to work with and really cared about getting the job done quickly and expertly! We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.
