One side of our patio door was shattered by a rock while landscaping was being done. There was a large hole and glass everywhere. Our insurance company gave us the phone number for Jenkins Restoration. Our call was answered immediately and a young man, Adam, arrived at our home within a couple of hours. He cleaned up the glass and securely boarded up the door. We were pleased with the job he did for us.

BOR responded to our request promptly. They were professional and extremely clean leaving no mess behind. Definitely would call them again!

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

EHS was so helpful in getting my client's restoration needs taken care of. I am a realtor and was representing a buyer on a transaction when we came across severe water damage on our home inspection. I called EHS to get a quote and they had an appointment scheduled within the hour! They sent over a detailed estimate within 24 hours to include remediation and reconstruction costs and were very thorough in explaining the full repair costs. They worked with our schedule to complete the repair in a timely manner. They are excellent communicators, competitively priced, and have extremely quick turnarounds which is vital with restoration needs!

Justin and Caleb came out today and they were great! It's always stressful dealing with water damage but I felt much better knowing I was in safe hands with them. They were very professional and caring about everything they did. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

All Dry was a fantastic help! We called them once we first noticed we had water damage. They put us on their schedule right away and within days had the damage removed and the area drying. They helped us find the source of the water damage and hooked us up with an hvac guy to fix the problem. The guy he recommended was awesome and very well priced. All dry even got us hooked up with a rebuild company to do the repairs once the drying was done. All dry made this whole process so much easier! I highly recommend them!

They worked with me to redo the drywalling, countertop and restoring it back to what it was as my cabinets and my kitchen was ripped off due to some water leak.

Bailey, John and Tristin (the folks who actually did the work - demo and rebuild) did an amazing job. They were very professional, communicative, and did quality work. My bathrooms look great :) I will say - the work went on about a month and a half past what was quoted as the drop dead date and the rebuild manager tried to charge me extra for a measurement error on his part and refused to let me contact the owner. That said, I posted a negative review outlining the issue in detail and within moments, the owner called me personally apologizing and refunding the extra charges. I genuinely think he'll take these learnings back to his team + do his best to ensure they learn from it and do better next time. I'd say probably 9/10 times you'll have a great experience and if you do run into any challenges, the owner really wants to make it right which is refreshing in this industry. Appreciate the good work you all do!
