AZ Fire & Water Restoration restored my kitchen ceiling. Their team took time to explain the processes, the approximate time to completion and follow up to resolution.
The team was prompt when returning calls. Mason, Tristan and Brad were knowledgeable and we're able to quickly come in, do their preparation and made certain to leave no questions unanswered. This company really works and communicates with each other, because, whenever I spoke with one team member, they were able to refer to conversations I had with previous team members.
Jose was prompt, prepared and had great skills. He made sure that my home was protected from debris. He was thorough and professional during the demolition and reconstruction of my ceiling. He did not rush through the process of getting the job done as he followed through each task. My home was perfectly clean when the ceiling was complete.

We had water damage as a result of improper solar installation. The crew at 1-800 Water Damage was amazing. They explained the process in detail, removing any worry we had about the mold they discovered, set up containment for remediation, and were even willing to come out over a weekend. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone who has had a water leak. Even though it may not look like it, if you have any water issue, you probably have a mold issue too. Definitely call an expert.

This company did an OUTSTANDING job!!! They are such a blessing and they helped me when I didnt understand what the next step was that I needed to take. They repaired damage caused by the water heater leaking. They made it look brand new. I would recommend them highly.

Did some drywall work. Used our garbage (and yard) to dispose of the trash. Left drywall in our side yard, front yard, all down our driveway and to the street then stopped showing up for a week. Said they would show up at certain time and didn't show up about 6 time theought project. Communication and respect for my home would be great. A 2 day project had been 2 weeks and counting. Do your research everyone.

Update. Finished the project. Gave me mismatched shingles without a heads up. Not sure if this is standard but thought others might like to know. I understand the original shingles are faded but the base colors are different. This will not fade out and look better.

Josh had Randy come out and do several air trap tests and did a couple swab tests for mold in my apartment that I was concerned about. He was able to get Randy to come out quickly and got lab results back within a day. I would highly recommend this company they are very professional and are very helpful with answering any questions you may have. Josh have me peace of mind that there is no mold in my apartment and that I do not need to worry about my health there. Thank you so much!
