Patrick Courtney came and fixed my water damage and helped with the mold problem it had caused as well as inspect for any further potential mold problems. He was very kind and professional and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know with similar issues.

We had as great of an experience as you can have when finding out we had mold in our ceiling. Tom Hodges and his crew came in the same day I called them and quickly removed the mold, sealed it off and died up all the moisture. I've actually had to use them twice now for unrelated plumbing water damage and they were great both times. I highly recommend them!

Jenkins Restoration did a great job drying out our water damage and preventing mold. We had an upstairs toilet leak through the ceiling of the downstairs bedroom. They got out immediately and got to business. Everette and Caleb were there every day for a week checking on everything to be sure it was drying properly. Restoration 1 did not do the repair of the water damage, but put us in touch with the various companies that deal with asbestos abatement, etc. The company did do drying, testing, and documentation of the situation.
We believe that Jorge Montanez, the Project Manager, is a valuable asset to the company. He made himself available 24/7 to answer our questions and provided information to our insurance company in a timely manner.
The techs-- Giovannie, Filiberto, and Oscar, to name several, worked hard and professionally. The only difficulty for us was the changing arrival times, even given the 2 hour window. They did keep us informed of the changing times.

We used Interstate Restoration for a water damage restoration project. Interstate was the preferred vendor of our insurance company. In a day and age when most contractors could care less, Interstate demonstrated a commitment to clear, timely communication and high work standards. This was particularly so with Mark Serey, Project Director who bid the job and worked with me to accommodate the budget. We went through a couple revisions which was no problem for him. He handed the project off to John Lulaj, Project Manager to coordinate the different teams. John is very knowledgeable about details and procedures of construction. His experience generated confidence. The project involved dry wall, tile flooring, electrical and painting. I was highly satisfied and can recommend them for restoration or remodeling at a reasonable price.
