Mr. Electric was contracted to us through our solar provider to upgrade our panel. They sent out Arturo and he really went above and beyond to get it done even staying late to make sure power was restored. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We would absolutely ask for him to come back for any future electrical needs.

It actually started in Fall 2020 with my Garage losing power. I bid out the work and hired Phoenix Contracting Services. The following Monday, Jeff and his crew (Mike and Gabriel) came out and finally resolved the issue, loose wiring from another outlet. I was impressed by the workmanship, politeness, and being On Time. My wife and I were actually in the market for a new service panel, that I ended awarding Jeff that work. Didn't need to look elsewhere. At the mercy of SRP, a date opened up in February 2021. So, we jumped on it. Jeff had setup everything, Blue Stake, and SRP. I as Home Owner didn't have to do anything. Service panel went Ok, and Jeff starting looking at other items in the yard, and mentioned that needed to be up to code. So, that was done too. Ken & Caidan came out to give me an estimate. They were friendly, courteous & knowledgeable & HONEST. I had the kitchen recessed can lights changed out to LED can lights, also LED ribbon lights installed over the great room beam & over the fireplace & installed a large chandelier on a 16+ sloped ceiling. The chandelier was a challenge as there were problems with a part to hang it & communication with the lighting co. Ken & Mike handled the problem with professionalism & patience. I would definitely recommend Ken, Mike & Caidan & would use them again.
