Tristan was the first to show up at our home after I made the call to our insurance company. Az Fire and water Restoration came highly recommended! Tristan was very thorough in making sure I knew exactly what to expect through the drying process and what our insurance company would recommend. Even after his part was done at our house he still reached out multiple times to make sure we were getting taking care of. Amazing customer service!!!

Mason also went above and beyond to make the steps of repairing our hot water leaks as painless as possible. Everytime they were scheduled to come out he made sure they were ALWAYS on time. He also has called multiple times to check in after the work was done! They both truly care about the people they are taking care of and it shows!!

After dealing with a ceiling leak in my garage and waiting weeks for my insurance to process my claim and having to deal with unreliable and ridiculously priced contractors, I was referred to Jenkins. I had the pleasure of having Mario as my project manager and he was professional, communicative, and prompt. From getting quoted, scheduled, and having the work completed, everything went smoothly and without issues. My ceiling came out looking better than it looked before the incident.

Absolutely outstanding!! Our hot water heater was apparently not installed correctly some time ago ~ which did not allow the pressure valve to release unfortunately this caused our hot water heater heater to burst. Dan was our project manager he handled our job with with absolutely outstanding professional service he arrived within 1/2 after I called him immediately diagnosing the situation and getting everything under control. We were informed about every aspect of the if they whole process he handled our home as if it was his home. The work area was always kept safe and extremely clean he throughly checked for additional water damage and also returned to ensure the area was drying out properly instead of just doing “ the minimal to get you by and we will leave these fans running until we get back sometime “ he went above and beyond to ensure that our project was done correctly. I am very very pleased.

This work was performed at my 89 year old mother's house. They were very considerate of her. The job was done in a very timely manner! The owner Eric would call me and keep us updated! Would definitely use them again if needed. Very pleased.

Brad and his team are very quick to respond when disaster strikes. They were here as soon as I got of the phone with them. Due to how fast the respond, they saved our office from having any more damage and saved us more time and money. These guys are very professional and friendly and do a great job. I have to start off by saying customer service is spectacular! From start to finish Holly and Bill stayed in complete communication. I had a water leak some years back in my bathroom, the people that came and took care of it did not really take care of it. I recently replaced the vanity in that bathroom and notice black mold behind the vanity and on the walls. I called Go To Services and they had someone out to my house the next day. They came in and removed the dry wall about 3/4 up the wall and sprayed Kilz on everything in the wall. The people prior did not properly air out the water and causing the mold to grow. BUT this was not the only time Go To Services helped me out! I recently had a room converstion done, adding extra storage space to my home and they were able to put a wall, drywall, and paint in less than 3 days....it was AMAZING! I highly recomend this company and everyone that is involved! way to go GO TO! you have my business from here on out!

We had an adjacent condo’s water heater cause significant damage to our master bathroom and closet, but if you looked at it now, you’d never know it happened. They were professional, did great work, always on-time, thorough with any explanations or answering questions I had, and cleaned up the whole worksite after all was done. Valley Fire and Water made a very stressful situation much more bearable. They were wonderful to work with and exceeded our expectations. We had to do a full restoration - all of the flooring throughout our home had to be replaced and most of the cabinets. We had to move out of the house for 4 months for the construction - they worked with our insurance helped us through all of our concerns and frustrations. Great to work with!
