Cesar and his team dried my carpet made sure no possible water damage escalated to the walls with some really cool gadgets, fixed damaged baseboards and painted them. They show up on time very professional well organized !!! This is the first time I've ever written a review but these guys were awesome. We had significant water damage in the home and were pretty stressed out about it. They showed up less than an hour after we called and cleaned everything out. Moved all of our stuff blocking the damage and then put it back just like before without a single scratch. Alex Altman with COIT is a superstar in my book. I was contacted immediately by Alex once my claim was initiated late at night through a Third Party. Impressive. He settled my worries with me about the claim process.Anytime that I called, he was able to pick up, which led me to believe that he was an office supervisor/representative, but this was wrong.
