Went away for a weekend and came back to discover my dishwasher had leaked all over our home. Water had traveled from the kitchen into our living room and into the bedrooms throughout the house. I don't know how long the water was sitting but it was long enough for everything to get soaked. We called our insurance immediately. Within about 2 hours the Service Master Desert Dry team was onsite and got to work. The guys on the job were great. They explained the process, answered my questions, and worked with my insurance and returned our home back to normal in a few days. The crews that followed up explained the timeline and helped me with my insurance when I needed it. This had never happened to me before so I really appreciated how helpful their team was throughout the process.

The upstairs condo flooded out my master bath. I called DRS and they arrived immediately. They provided the clean up, brought in huge dryers and tapped off the room with an added zipper for me to get to my clothes. They then sent in a mold inspector. They have been wonderful, efficient, professional, prompt and patient. I appreciate all their help and would highly recommend to anyone needing their services.

After we placed our emergency call, Josh Rudin personally arrived at our site within 15 minutes, assessed the damage, and had a crew in place within 2 hours. In less than 3 days, including a weekend they worked, we were not only up and running, but the area looked brand-new as if nothing had happened.

The work hasn’t even been started yet after over 3 months going back and forth and starting from the top on every contact. Cannot provide us an accurate or complete quote of the work supposed to be starting in a weeks time. Will not work with us to include work we need or want done with the restoration. Having been living with black mold growing daily for 4 months already and at this point just going to accept it and find another company.

Well what can I say Phil left me speechless. I had a flood in my house water running down the hallways and out the doors and walls some spots 5 inches deep. Phil came out fast took over and dried up everything and then started the replace and repair. Phil and his crews did a fantastic job not only is everything back it's better than it was. What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.
