I had my entire living room carpet filled with water after my washer decided to quit on me did my research found them on google and called, they did the rest. Cesar and his team dried my carpet made sure no possible water damage escalated to the walls with some really cool gadgets, fixed damaged baseboards and painted them. They show up on time very professional well organized !!! (especially Cesar Ontiveros) Water fighters is an excellent company that strives such good service this was the only company that truly listened to me and understood my stress and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations with NO SURPRISES.

I would never recommend this company. I am having a terrible time trying to get my condo back together. It has been 3 months since a pipe broke in my master bedroom bath and I still do not have a toilet or vanity and I still have plastic up where the walls should be. In the hall bathroom, although there is a toilet, the tile from the floor is no longer and I have missing walls. I was told by the Estimator/Inspector that my vanity would be replaced due to water damage, and that once the construction started, the supervisor would tell me where to go and look at new ones, instead the supervisor informed me that the estimate had it listed as R & R which is remove & restore, which means all they do is take the vanity out and replace the bottom section and then put it back in.

These people tell you they will call you back and set up appointments to start the job - but it never happens. I have called and e-mailed the person handling my job and he has yet to get back to me.

Hazel is a hard worker.She is constantly talking about what a great company she works for and always prompting Serve Pro outside of work. Keep up the hard work!

This service was recommended to us after having to deal with a hot water pipe leak to mitigate water damage and work with us on restoration, and we could not be more pleased! They provided white glove customer service, highly communicative, helped us navigate with insurance, and were readily available if we had any questions (even on the weekend). Highly recommend this service when your house decides to give you a plot twist!

Had extensive water damage in mold growth Jose C and his crew came out same day work order was put in and have been consistent with updates. Jose and his crew have been incredibly professional and friendly, very easy to work with and even help get in contact with another company to complete repair work need.

We are dealing with the hot water tank leak, we have worked with this company previously through our insurance. Unfortunately the initial experience was tremendous but the current experience has been a nightmare. What should’ve taken a few days has now taken multiple weeks, very poor communication and follow up with the team. We have been promised multiple times a job will be done, then the workers leave and the work is left unfinished. We’ve had to call multiple staff members including the general manager requesting immediate resolution and we are still waiting for this job to be finished

Very professional and very high quality work, They remodel my whole kitchen and they did an amazing job with the countertops and finishes on my cabinets they also did an amazing job on my drywall , matching it 100% they even paint my whole house with two coats from corner to corner I would highly recommend them for a high quality job :)

I had a toilet malfunction that flooded half my home on a Sunday morning while we were sleeping. I called 911 Restoration and they came out within 45 minutes. Phil and his team were very professional, assessed the situation and went to work immediately to dry our home out. What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

At the beginning of April, the apartment above mine flooded into a third of my apartment and it has been an ongoing mess to resolve, but Dell's team was amazing. They were professional, quick to respond and went above and beyond to help me try to get back into my apartment as soon as possible. I really hope I never need to use a water remediation team again, but if I do I know who I'll be recommending/using!

Cesar was very diligent in servicing our client and providing on site information as fast as possible. We will definitely use Water Fighters in the future.
