Water Fighters Restoration painted the kitchen cabinets, entire main house and master bedroom, as well as put up composite fencing to hide my air conditioners and pool equipment. They also changed out all my lighting fixtures. They were courteous and professional. I hired them a second time with the same great results. I plan to use them again in the near future.

Michael and Juan showed up within an hour of my initial call to my homeowners insurance provider for water damage. They were friendly, professional, hardworking and wore masks without asking them to. Definitely would recommend to anyone with water damage, these guys are awesome!

MY INS CO SENT ONE CHECK TO BELFOR WHICH WAS AN OVER PAYMENT OF ABOUT $10,000 DOLLARS...IT HAS BEEN APX GOING ON 3 MONTHS THAT THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY MONEY! MOST THIS MONEY IS DUE TO ANOTHER CO WAITING NOW ON THERE PATMENT ...THIS IS CAUSING ME MUCH STRESS AND I JUST HAD MAJOR SURGERY AND BELFOR KNOWS THIS...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STEALING MY MONEY BACIALLY

We had water leakage and damage with the walls of our rented condo in Scottsdale. ASAP restorations were on the site within an hour of being notified. They set out to work immediately to mitigate further damage. The walls were opened, source of the leak located and remedied within hours. Josh took the initiative to investigate further if there was further damage . Identified all the damage areas and restored the condo in its pristine condition. ASAP took all the necessary steps to coordinate with the insurance company, the tenant and the property manager to ensure to ensure there was no delay in the restoration, protected my best interests at the same time minimized discomfort and trauma to the tenant. The work was completed in record time at a fair cost. You may depend on Josh whenever a ca;amity strikes. I would hire his services again in a heart beat.

I contacted a few companies about cleaning our upstairs (2 bedrooms, hallway and stairs) carpet. AZ Carpet & Restoration had the best price and the friendliest service. Shortly after making an appointment I received an email with a confirmation. The email contained the name and a photo of the Carpet Professional who would be coming to our home. I found this information extremely helpful and definitely gave me peace of mind.
He arrived exactly on time, was extremely friendly and got right to work. I was impressed with his knowledge of removing our particular stains from our carpet (pet stains). The whole process took about 2 hours.
WOW! What a difference! Our carpet looked fantastic and smelled wonderful! With such wonderful prices and service I will have my carpets cleaned far more often and I am definitely a life time customer of AZ Carpet & Restoration.

Highly Recommend!!! We had a toilet leak that caused damage in the ceiling above our kitchen, gross! Getting a hold of Square One was easy and Ryan alleviated all concerns I had over the phone. The very next day Bob from Square One repaired and cleaned our damaged ceiling, all while walking me through the steps he'd take to ensure any and all mold/toilet matter was removed. Bob even remembered to call when he arrived, as our baby was sleeping and we were looking to avoid additional chaos. Since moving into our new home a month ago we've dealt with a handful of contractors, plumbers, repairmen, etc. and I can say that Ryan and Bob were by far the most professional crew we've had.

I was extremely pleased with the way my carpet looked after it was cleaned a couple of Saturdays ago. I rent my home and the carpet really needs to be replaced. The carpet is VERY light colored and was quite dirty but the tech you sent out was so very helpful and knowledgeable. I am a 73 year old widow and he really went out of his way to help me. He moved some furniture I was going to have him clean around but he moved things for me and left everything protected. He also made me aware of some other services Coit offers that I wasn't aware of. I hope to have Coit clean my tile soon! My carpet looks great and I can't recommend him enough. In fact the next time I use Coit I will be asking for him specifically! Please extend my Thank you to him and thank you too, Coit for never disappointing me!

Wow. We could not have asked for more responsive and awesome experience in a bad situation. The team responded immediately. We were kept informed at all stages. The team was extremely polite. They showed up on time, every time. They communicated immediately When something was needed by us, the insurance company or parts for the job. They kept our house functional and safe during cleanup and repairs. I definitely recommend to others.
