Best Complete Restoration in Phoenix AZ

I have American Home Shield, and they sent out Sunbelt Electric. There man came out stared of my box for 10 minutes, and said he would have to get approval to proceed with the job. I still have not heard from them. I called Simple Electric, they sent Cash out to look at the job, and he had my power back on the same day. The job was very complicated and required a permit. The office people at Simple Electric are also wonderful. Great job!!! I give them 10 stars!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

TiO was sent out as a contractor for a large ADT job at my home. Pedro Madril was the electrician that arrived - on time. This was exceptionally important as he was needed to work in tandem with ADT. Pedro's drywall cuts were surgical and I ended up needing to do zero repairs; which is extremely rare and appreciated. He also left each area he worked cleaner than before he started. Thank you for your professionalism.

I will be using this company in the future for all my electrical needs.

I worked with both Daryl & Paul at Wiring Pros for a major project to trench and add a new 200a service for a pool at a small apartment complex. I met them for the initial site visit, and they were on time, polite, answered all my questions, and prompt with providing a written bid with a few options, and their bid was the most competitive.

When I authorized the work, despite some unexpected complications coming up with the permitting process, they both kept me appraised of the progress and stuck to their initial bid. And they delivered quality work on time.

This alone would be worth five stars, but I probably wouldn't have written a review but for two other points where they were great.

1) There was some modest other dead service mast removal and outlet repairs to complete; though they knew I was out of town and unlikely to do a competitive bid on this additional work, they gave a very fair and reasonable bid for these pieces so that there was no hesitation on my part in awarding that incremental work to them.

2) There was yet another piece of work in adding a new pole to adjust the position of the overhead utility line; though they gave a good bid which I approved, after I approved the bid, they started getting mixed signals from the utility on whether they could perform the work or the utility would only allow it to be done in-house. Paul spent the next two weeks repeatedly calling and following up with the utility to resolve this confusion, rather than starting and charging me for work. We ultimately found out would not be able to be put into service, which was a lot of effort & research into something that didn't turn into a paid job. But yet Paul was incredibly helpful, communicative, and even apologetic for the hold-up (which was the utilities fault, not theirs) 'til the end.

So, if I could give it, six stars, for Paul & Daryl, I would: honest, fair, communicative, competitive, and good quality - a rare combination!

Definitely without question finally found a good company I can refer out when people ask! Called because my kitchen outlets weren’t working. They came out the same week, replaced the gfi that was bad/ showed me the cracks in it and how old it was- also showed me where my other gifs were and how to reset them if I were to ever lose power in them again! They were also very reasonably priced!! 5 stars in my book!

I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.

I would not delay calling them once more for any future electrical needs. We as of late acquired a 30-year-old home with 70% obsolete wiring. Their quote was very sensible and competitive compared to the other companies. When the team appeared up to work, they worked very rapidly and productively. They moreover did an extraordinary job of cleaning up. Other than their incredible knowledge & experience of re-wiring, we truly enjoyed the personality of all of the electricians that were included in the work. Thanks once more, folks!

The technician arrived promptly. Identified the problem and did all necessary work promptly and carefully. Connected us with company that could repair water damage to floor and wallboard. Used Parker and Sons in past for HVAC service and will definitely use them again for plumbing problems.

To preface, my house is a nightmare amalgamation of addons build by amateurs since 1955. As a consequence, the wiring is a mess. Rick managed to figure it out though, and for that alone, bravo. Turns out it was a problem on the power company's end. I would've never figured it out. I'm glad I didn't waste too much time on it before calling Rick, who was friendly and experienced. I also found his rates to be very, very reasonable, especially compared to what other companies would charge. I'll be calling Rick for all my future electrical needs.
