I became anxious when thinking about the costs, time, and work that are involved with repair. Brandyn came out personally and saw to it that he had everything under control. He reviewed the damage and monitored the progress of repairs all while keeping me in the loop each step of the way. I am extremely appreciative of Doan Restoration and recommend them to anyone needing their services!

Recently SERVPRO helped us mitigate a water problem we had in our home. Their representative did an excellent job of explaining why and how they would remedy our situation and provided the expected cost ahead of time. He did an excellent job in his explanation and the company did what he said they would do. He further showed us results as they were accomplished. We would recommend SERVPRO in the future.

Jenkins Restorations was contracted by my insurance agency to help me with re-build my kitchen after flood damage from a leak. He was promptly available any time I had a question, showed up at each step of the way to audit and inspect his crews' work quality, and generally was about as helpful as I could imagine a superintendent being. The two gentlemen were very nice they explained everything especially when I didn’t understand something or how everything works with all this damage, they also told me I could call anytime if anything worse were to happen which made me feel very comfortable.

My experience is too long to write about so I'll sum it up. They are Slow, never return calls when promised, do a rush job, the work is sloppy, you will be calling them to fix and patch things. I've called 4 times and in 1 year after my kitchen was done. And the most recent was 2 days ago my faucet is loose. Im praying it does leak again. He has not sent a plumber to tighten things up. It was and has been a nightmare, to say the least. The people I've spoken to all seem nice but the service is extremely poor. They do offer payment arrangements.

Maybe they need to take on less projects and give more time to each individual. I will be calling back again on Monday.

I came upon Ryan and his team at Square One as I had to restore the dry wall after a leak that was fixed. My plumber recommended another restorer who would not stop calling me even before the leak was fixed so I got tired of them and decided to look on my own. So glad that I did and found Square One! Ryan was the most flexible with getting to my place over the holiday season back in December of 2018 and also who I felt most confident with as he used reliable gadgets to test the moisture levels, etc vs. using his bare eyes as some other restorers had done on their visits for quotes. Everything was super easy, from scheduling, keeping me informed and getting the repairs of the walls in. Excellent work from Ryan and his team.
