Trevon was very communicative. Everyone was polite, explained what they were doing and they were in and out in 3 days on a smaller water loss. No frills, just got the job done which is exactly what we wanted.

The upstairs condo flooded out my master bath. I called DRS and they arrived immediately. They provided the clean up, brought in huge dryers and tapped off the room with an added zipper for me to get to my clothes. They then sent in a mold inspector. They have been wonderful, efficient, professional, prompt and patient. I appreciate all their help and would highly recommend to anyone needing their services.

Fantastic and prompt service. They went above and beyond remediating the water damage we had by allowing me to hand off the project to them completely so I didn't have to worry about it.

They communicated extremely well and really made you feel that they cared about your issues while handling the communication with other contractors and claims adjusters very well and kept everyone on the same page.

OMG, I don't know were to start with ASAP, because I am that pleased with them! I spoke with the owner Josh and I loved how I was not pressured to use his company, he gave me so much information and insight about what I should expect, watch out for with other companies and alternative options..... he was very transparent and up front no BS about this guy :-) The guys Mike, Raphael and Julian that came to my home to do the work were very pleasant, thorough and got the work done fast.......very funny down to earth guys. They were even available to me during the evening ours. They even clean my garage for me!!! :-) I would recommend them to anyone that has issues with any leakage problems in their home because they are that good!

Wow!!! Amazing service and care! We had water damage from an overflow sink. Servpro came out ASAP and took care of removing all water damage and humidity from our home. My husband told me he’d never let me remodel because he could never trust that the contractor would complete quality work. We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

Titan did everything possible to make my experience great. Insurance told me they enjoy working with Titan. That in itself says a lot.

We used Interstate Restoration for a water damage restoration project. Interstate was the preferred vendor of our insurance company. In a day and age when most contractors could care less, Interstate demonstrated a commitment to clear, timely communication and high work standards. This was particularly so with Mark Serey, Project Director who bid the job and worked with me to accommodate the budget. We went through a couple revisions which was no problem for him. He handed the project off to John Lulaj, Project Manager to coordinate the different teams. John is very knowledgeable about details and procedures of construction. His experience generated confidence. The project involved dry wall, tile flooring, electrical and painting. I was highly satisfied and can recommend them for restoration or remodeling at a reasonable price.

Servpro performed an excellent service after our car caught fire while in the garage. Crew members Maurice and Lorenzo did an excellent job cleaning and disinfecting our garage free of smoke damage and smell. Thank you
