Tyler is expert in his business, very personable, and ALWAYS dependable. He has made the unpleasant experience of ridding the house of invading rodents manageable. Rodents die at the most inopportune times — and he comes ASAP to solve the problem. I recommend him highly!

Stuart and his team handled our “not so pleasant” situation beyond our expectations! We had tenants in our property in Scottsdale and we could not have managed our tenants without their help. Stuart and Art treated them (and us) with the upmost respect during a horrible time. They went above and beyond to calm the nerves of our tenants and treated our home like their own. They educated us through the entire process and kept us informed during the two month process it took to eliminate the infestation. We called a few Exterminators for quotes. I did some research on the type of chemical they would be using to treat our house for Termites.We decided to go with Invader Pest control and couldn't be happier. It was reasonably priced. Will was our technician and took his time and paid close attention to every detail and concern I had. The whole process was not stressful and I feel confident our house will be protected from Termites. John who came out to measure and do the quote was also very friendly and professional. We had a contract with Terminex before and it was like a 360 degree turn in the right direction from the joke and expensive service Terminex offers. Terminex wouldnt even drill down into my concrete slab around my house. Will from Invader was very careful drilling and patched and cleaned any drilling or trenches that he made to apply our treatment. Hands down Invader did a great job at a reasonable price. Update Will came out again today. He always does a great Job. The honored the warranty and I will continue to use Invader pest control in the future.

On the phone, they said they charge $175 to remove wasps nest in attic using a camera to located and remove. In reality, all the guy did was spray the opening they were going in and out. That they charged $175 (and then also said no guarantee, which they didn't say on the phone).
