Cory was the individual that serviced our home and he was timely, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. Ryan and Cory provided recommendations for other professional services that we needed based on the situation without us even asking. They worked directly with our insurance company, so I am currently unaware of the cost of this particular scope of work, however, we asked them to look into another area in our home not covered by insurance and the estimate they provided was very reasonable. They of course provided the same quality of work in the second area. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has the unfortunate luck of needing mitigation services. I'm a community manager and relying on good vendors is a big part of the job. EHS makes that part of the job very easy by being reliable every time I need them. Their knowledge is second to none and they are on top of it every step of the way with constant communication and updates.

Servpro was great. They did an awesome job completing their work and got us back to using our kitchen quickly. They keep us in the loop on everything that was happening and when the work would be complete. We would definitely use Servpro in the future.

We used Interstate Restoration for a water damage restoration project. Interstate was the preferred vendor of our insurance company. In a day and age when most contractors could care less, Interstate demonstrated a commitment to clear, timely communication and high work standards. This was particularly so with Mark Serey, Project Director who bid the job and worked with me to accommodate the budget. We went through a couple revisions which was no problem for him. He handed the project off to John Lulaj, Project Manager to coordinate the different teams. John is very knowledgeable about details and procedures of construction. His experience generated confidence. The project involved dry wall, tile flooring, electrical and painting. I was highly satisfied and can recommend them for restoration or remodeling at a reasonable price.

Communication is #1 on my list--excellent. My condo was flooded from above and everything needed to be replaced. Reliable, and superior craftmanship and...cleaned up every day when done, Special kudos to Maria Vasquez and Juan--the gold standard of house cleaners, respectful, responsible and great smiles and attitude.
