I was referred to Air Control by another customer of theirs. Ben first showed up to my residence and conducted an inspection and repaired the items he found to be defective. Ben also recommended things that would need to get fixed in the future. Ben was professional and thorough in his work. However, due to this being my first A/C repair job on my first house, I was skeptical. George (the owner) reached out and spoke with me directly. George offered to come to my house and personally walk me through the testing and repair process for my unit. George was also very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain each test out to me and taught me how the units worked and what to look for as the units age further. Both George and Ben were extremely professional and George as the owner takes accountability and responsibility for his work and company. Air Control definitely puts their customers first. Root Rooter came after hours to help fix our problem. They were very professional and helpful during the whole process.

I was told by an AC company, sent out by my home warranty, that my evaporator coils needed to be cleaned. (Although he never laid his eyes on them). I contacted B3 refrigeration to conduct the cleaning. Zeke came out, looked at the coils, and provided honest feedback (not that dirty at all). He cleaned them quickly and thoroughly.
