A late season monsoon storm delivered heavy rain and an unpleasant puddle in my living room. Tom came by to do the initial assessment and was helpful throughout the whole experience, even referring us to a roofer, pigeon remediator (because, weirdly enough, pigeons had been the cause of our leak) and a drywall repair expert. Eric was the tech who came by, hacked a hole in the ceiling, and set up numerous fans and a dehumidifier to run for a long (very loud) weekend to make sure our attic dried out. Both gentlemen came right when they said they would and did excellent work. I was especially grateful for how thoroughly Eric cleaned after his visits--our ceiling is high, and drywall dust went absolutely everywhere!

This company truly took good care of us amid a stressful time. I'd definitely call on them again if needed.

The company was professional. They protected the area they were working in with plastic so it doesn’t spread dust all over. But... They tear out Sheetrock out with no regard to how it’s going to have to be fixed. Ended up costing us more to fix their “ripping” down the drywall instead of cutting out sections.

Paul Davis Restoration Co.is a first class operation. The Operation Manager, Dave Kiesgen, supervised the entire restoration process of my home from start to finish. He is a very pleasant and patient person to work with. Every technician that came to work on my home was very polite and courteous and did a great job. Chelsa and her packing crew were amazing. The crew carefully packed and hauled away my furniture. The crew is a pleasant group and hard working. I recommend Paul Davis Restoration Company very highly!

We recently experienced the headache of being a homeowner. Our master bathroom toilet leaked to our downstairs office. Rocky Mountain Restoration came in and began the dry out immediately. The crew (Patrick, Tanner, David and Andres) were very professional. They worked so hard and tried to keep the distraction down to a minimus as we are quarantined. I am using this company to deal with some smoke damage issues and I found them to be very responsive and the pricing was fair. Straightforward and very honest.

We were told they were about six weeks out to get to schedule our house. It is now almost six weeks and we find out last week we are not yet on any schedule. Don't know if or when we will be scheduled. House is a mess and unlivable. When I call they are polite and tell me they will check with someone and call me back.
I have never received a return call. NOT HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!!
