??Due to a water leak in the attic, ServiceMaster was contacted by my home insurance company to help with the repairs. (This is my fault - I should have done my own research instead of trusting my insurance adjuster. Lesson learned.)
??They lack communication skills. Although I only had to deal with your company for 4, maybe 5 days, I had to call you to find out when a tech was coming over the next day and if the lab results were in; which they were but instead of calling me back or telling someone to contact me the next day because she was out of the office, Alex didn't.
??They lack customer service skills. Alex is very rude and I'm surprised she's on the phone; Summer is sweet and has better customer service. Only Nate and Jose were nice (the first 2 techs sent out), but the others, like the one who picked up the fans and the one who came by today to get a signature, need training on customer service. The tech who came today, rang the door bell and when I answered, he didn't introduce himself or what he wanted - he just tried to hand me my phone. Tell them that manners say when you are greeting a person especially a customer, say Hi. My name is.... and I'm from Service Master.
??Overall - call another company. Although I signed their form so they could get paid, I was NOT satisfied! Save yourself the headache and not knowing when you need to be home all because they haven't figured out a better scheduling system and don't train their employees on simple customer service skills. ??

The technicians that came to my house were very nice. And they also were able to work with my schedule. I would totally recommend Service Master to anyone needing their services.

Be careful if Todd does your job, he’s known for charging to use top quality material but puts the cheapest products on the houses to make a personal profit .

We were about to have over 50 guests show up for a graduation party for our children when my wife discovered a leak in our garage- OH NO!!!! I had a friend refer R2 Fire and Water. From the moment I called Justin, I knew I was in the right hands. He arrived almost immediately and put my wife and at ease. The process was seamless with all their knowledge and skill set. We were able to continue our party and they took care of the water and mess. What a true team! We were in the process of selling our home which was vacant at the time, contract in place, waiting for the home inspection. Upon the inspectors arrival to the property we received the devastating phone call, “your kitchen is flooded!” I called Lotus and within an hour a crew was on scene and starting the process of cleanup and drying. The entire kitchen was removed and within a week I Had new kitchen cabinets,(they saved the face frames and doors to match the uppers) flooring and baseboards! I can not thank Jill and Nichole enough for how quickly and professionally they responded. Great company and I highly recommend them!

House burns down, imagine charging 2k for a single piece of wood. Seriously in times of need vulnerable people shouldn't be taken advantaged of.

They were assigned to our home owners claim for a roof leak as we had some water damage in several places in our home office.
They came out and did an estimate for drywall repair and a few other issues related to the water damage. It was going to be about $2k to fix, $1k I would be responsible for due to the deductible. That's fine, makes sense and we all agreed.
When they came to fix it, they were only there a few hours and did not replace any drywall, just stripped off the bad paint and repainted it.
Most places would have charged a few hundred for that. I called them and explained that they didn't do even half of what was quoted. They indicated that there is a minimum charge to have a drywall person come out even if they don't replace it and it was around $400-$500 for that charge (I can't remember exactly, but something outrageous). Fine, but even if you have $500 for the drywall labor, you maybe have 2 small cans of paint for $75 total, paint brushes a couple bucks each, lets go with misc supplies at $100 total to cover bases. I am not seeing $2k worth of work, or even $1k. They never refunded any of it.
They are shysters and I would definitely never use them again. Very disappointed.
