The company performed the remediation very quickly. They had a crew on the demo and remediation within hours of the initial issue. It ended up being a much bigger issue than I originally thought. The leak was found on Saturday. Final removal of fans and dehumidifiers including demo were done by the following Friday.

I was a general contractor , retired. I wish i had subcontractors
as good as theses guys are. Christian Padilla is the project Director and his crew were extremely proficient , the first thing they did was to put a barrier down to protect out flooring and seal of the rooms that required work. I highly recommend DRR for any restoration you may have

Josh was wonderful. It was my first time dealing with a problem like this and he was patient with me, answered all my questions and he was on top of everything, honest, and straightforward.

Avoid this company. The work performed was ok, but dishonest representation. They wanted to get the most out of the insurance company so they ripped the place more than it was necessary. They also, were not forthcoming on the bill and charges to the home owner. DO NOT SIGN any contracts on the IPAD. Get a copy first. The Rep will say anything to get the contract.

When I called Square One I spoke with Ryan (Owner) who was very polite and knowledgeable. I explained my mothers home received water damage a few days ago and the carpet is now starting to smell. He stated he cold come over that afternoon! He and his assistant surveyed the damage the first hour and explained the water damage to the carpet, pad, base boards and drywall. They brought in equipment to dehumidify and dry out the home. Five hours later my mother called me to say they just left and they were very polite, quite, respectful of her property and the house smells good again! I have nothing but good things to say about Square One and Ryan. I recommend them to anyone who need home restoration services!

I had a little mishap and accidentally flooded my upstairs bedroom. It became pretty apparent that I couldn’t manage this by myself. I am so grateful to Phil and his team for all of their help! I don’t know how I would have managed this without them! I know that everything was done right. They paid such careful attention to detail and were very knowledgeable. The customer service has been exemplary. Thank you all so very much for turning this big mishap into a great customer experience! If I could give you 10 stars, I would!

I had a leak in my master bedroom and bathroom that was a real mess to clean up. Acquity was referred to me by Copper State Builders who had to take out all the damaged areas and did a GREAT job. Ken at Acuity was great. He and his team restored the drywall, painted, put in new tile in the bathroom, built a new vanity and installed, put in new carpeting and padding, painted the bedroom and bathroom, and restored everything that needed to be restored. He was great to work with as were the rest of his associates. I would definitely hire them again if, God forbid, another disaster presents itself. I was also glad to see all their great reviews. One more doesn't hurt!

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are and I'd recomend them to ANYONE.

Took care of the water damage and mitigated nearly all the standing water in my master bedroom/bath.

Great company

The need for a water restoration company comes at a time of vulnerability and weakness for a homeowner. ServPro does not realize this and shows absolutely no empathy or decency when working with homeowners like myself. The crew chiefs were very nice, but every time I called the main office, I was met with an I'm not sure or I don't know to the majority of questions asked. I don't recall the gentlemen's name, but he was very rude and acted like he didn't care one bit about my house, the damage, or my satisfaction. They installed 16 air movers/fans and told me it would be 3-5 days. We lived in the house with the constant noise for more than 9 days and they were in no rush to remove them, milking the insurance company day after day. The reconstruction team wanted to rip out my entire, newly remodeled kitchen to remove the flooring underneath, but the company we hired instead (Sunshine Restoration) removed the flooring without touching my kitchen. They also took 3 rugs to be cleaned on November 7, but didn't drop them off at the cleaners until November 30! The receptionist Kathy was always very disinterested and everyone was always unavailable right now. Absolutely atrocious customer service and business operations.

Josh, and his company are my go to!! As a realtor, I always refer this company to my clients for their move in and out carpet and tile cleaning! My clients always tell me how wonderful they are to work with and what a great job they do! They are reliable, professional, and the best in the business !! I would highly recommend them to anyone! They have a wide variety of services! My brother in law called them late at night when his washer flushed and they were there to help him with in the hour!! They are amazing!

Rocky Mountain came in to take care of the clean-up from an attic water line leak that resulted in water damage to the room below. The manager, Logan, was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough, explaining the processes involved. The work crew was also professional, courteous and meticulous. They worked diligently, made sure salvageable parts were arranged orderly for the finishing contractor, and left the house very clean. The Rocky Mountain team helped to make a stressful situation a little less so and their general concern for ensuring that there would be no subsequent mold issues was very comforting.

Thank you for helping my grandma's house. Nancy has been more than pleased with your staff. We are excited about the rebuild.

Jimmy was my rep from this company and I have dealt with other companies and Jimmy was very prompt and worked with my schedule.
