BOR was very professional, right on time, friendly, skilled, and thorough. I had water damage from a leaking water heater and they did an outstanding job making sure every speck of mold was removed and all drywall, baseboards, and paint were restored. It looks better than it did originally now. Would highly recommend them for your restoration needs.

They dismantled a large portion of a wall that had an abundance of water within it, dried it all out, conducted a mold inspection, and after the issue was corrected, put everything back like the day they arrived. Wasn't there, just wanted to know who they were

Last Thursday morning I woke up to my water heater making a spurting sound and a ton of water in the garage. The panic that set in!! I have worked for an Insurance company since 2008 and I didn’t know what to do, lol. I thought of the calendar that I have on my computer and a lightbulb went off and I called Puroclean ?

First of all I wouldn’t listen to the other negative reviews because these guys were amazing! My family’s home burnt down and we were devastated. After much research we chose to go with DriRite-CMG3. They were amazing from the start! Paul kept me informed every step of the way and made me feel at ease with the whole process. The workers came on time and work was performed and completed when they said it would be. Very clean and professional work! And they were even able to rebuild my custom cabinets in my kitchen that I loved! I would not look anywhere else! They are the best!

Valentine came out within a couple of hours and was able to check out our problem with some sewage backup from our septic system. He was professional and knowledgeable, and provided much appreciated education regarding our septic system and the necessary maintenance.
