I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

Anthony came out and fixed my kitchen faucet and said since it wasn’t a difficult fix he only charged me service call.

Very kind of him..knowledgeable and very professional guy.

Will use him every time I need any plumbing help and will refer him to friends and family.

The gentleman that came out were very professional and nice well dressed and presented. They prepared a quote to put a piece of pipe in for laundry and pressure test and permit it. Initial quote to install 5 ft of gas line through pre-existing holes ready to go $3400 dollars. ? I expressed my thanks and concerns about the very high price to replace such a short run of pipe. Literally $60 bucks worth of pipe. Definitely less than an hours worth of work labor wise not including the permit. They wanted 600 just to pull the permit! Sorry guys I’m just not made of gold.

Ernie and David replaced old cast iron pipes with new pipes. It was quite the job digging beneath my house. They were both courteous and professional. Ernie told me he was my “hero” and it turned out he was! The pipes are replaced and Hero Home is a company that will now be my go to for future plumbing needs. Ernie and David are keepers with good work ethics. Thank you for a job well done!

Your service rep, Ben Aguilar, was awesome! He was on time and fix our water softener problem in no time at all. We needed two new connector cables installed and Ben had them soldered on in twenty minutes. And then, he stayed to make sure the softener was started up and running properly. A true professional...really knew his stuff...and, did I mentioned, it was Sunday! And no extra charge for Sunday...and no charge for the trip out! Would definitely use Reddi Services again. Truly 5 Stars!

I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. Clint does good work, is honest, professional and now my go-to plumber for all future projects. We are so glad that we hired Complete Plumbing & Drain Services for our project. Thank you, Clint!

I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

This was my 2nd time using Cooper, last time was 2005. Just used these guys today, 3/15/16. Septic backed up/ full, called, they were out in an hour or so, pretty good for not being planned. Charged to empty by the 1000 gallon. Had a 100ft hose so they did not have to drive on the lawn. Guy was sharp, professional, conscientious and left the tank clean. I appreciated they did not attempt to run the bill up due to taking a little coaxing to get the solids out. Did some teaching on maintenance, how to keep the system healthy. Gave the operator a tip.

The drain between my kitchen and laundry room was clogged so I called one call plumbing, and wow was I impressed. Todd was here 15 minutes (not kidding) after I called them. Their prices were extremely fair and the service I received from Todd G. was top-notch. Todd got my drain cleared out in under 20 minutes and I'm happy to report everything is back in normal working condition. I will certainly use them next time I have a plumbing issue.

I rarely give a 5-star rating but Nu Flow has earned it. From the initial contact through the completion of the project, the entire team has been responsive, professional, and courteous. If you are faced with disintegrating cast iron pipe in your house you owe it to yourself to contact Nu Flow and have them educate you on their product/service so you can determine what is best for you.

Make sure when you call for pumping service that you ask what you get for the $225.00. I paid for a 1000 gallon pump out. The tech didn't agitate the solids to break them up and left a 1 foot layer on the bottom. When I asked why he wasn't removing the solids, he told me that they only pump the liquid and pumping the solids would cost up to $700.00. Are you kidding me? That makes no sense. You are here to pump the solids! Wally didn't tell me that on the phone. I will never use them again.

Called last Friday to set up an appointment. Went well and they scheduled me for today (Monday) with a time somewhere between 0800 and 1200. 1145 rolls around and I've not seen them. Call the office and told I was given a call to let me know that the tech was on the way but I received no call or message. I work evenings right now and have been up all morning waiting for this truck. At 1240 there was still no truck. Another call to Tanya at the office and she then tells me that The driver had to off load because he is full. Spoke to the manager who stated This is why we don't give out specific appointment times. She went further by saying that the driver got full and needed to offload. I did remind her the agreed time frame was 08-12. She offered $50 off. I cancelled. Regardless of if it is short staffed, poor planning, or otherwise this company couldn't seem to meet the most basic component of a job which is just showing up on time. What makes this worse is that time was a 4 hour window. I cannot speak of their onsite expertise because my money went elsewhere.

Technician showed up to clean the grease trap of our restaurant and pump 2min, then said His PUMP WAS BROKEN AND COULDNT PUMP ANY MORE,

YOU COMPANYBWAS PAID IN ADVANCE AND I STILL HAVE A GREASE TRAP ALL FULL AND HAVE TO PAY SOMEBODY ELSE TO CLEAN IT, WHAT KIND OF SERVICE WAS THAT.

I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
