Mike was an AMAZING help to me when I couldn't even get other handymen to return a call. Courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and more than fair pricing. Plus he's got a friendly energy that is a pleasure to be around. I'm moving from my location but he will DEFINITELY be who I call when I need assistance at my new place.

If you need tile work done, this is the place to call! A big portion of my home's remodel project was tile flooring. I had fun picking out the tile for the first two rooms. But it quickly became overwhelming to try to keep a common theme going in all the rooms. I decided to call for help. As soon as Pattiann Jones stepped into my home, i knew I had made the right decision. Full of energy and ideas, Patti quickly put together a couple of designs for me to choose from. Her and her capable crew started immediately putting together my new floors. A few weeks later, I am now walking across beautiful new wood flooring, all thanks to An Affordable Hand. And i still have money left from my budget to host a New Year's Eve dinner party in my home! Thanks Pattiann! Your work is amazing! Ten Stars!!

I have used this company for handyman services for a couple of years now. I have never been disappointed, and I feel that they provide quality service in a professional way at a good value. Will is a very reliable, trustworthy, strong hard working young man who gets the job done as quickly as possible. He is focused and honest. He put 2 vanity tops, 3 faucets, a vanity light, 4 towel racks, and hard ware in my bathrooms and kitchen in about 5 1/2 hours. He only charged me for 5 hours because he was taking time to fix my window. He noticed the caulking was loose, and he fixed it without me even having to ask! He is a self- starter who hopes to grow his business and do well in business and in life. He wore a mask and washed his hands. The faucet in the kitchen looked so fantastic, my son actually thought I had upgraded the entire sink. My grandchildren were amazed at how much better the bathrooms looked. He finishes projects professionally, completely as he cleans the work space and removes trash. I have been wanting to do these upgrades since I bought my house almost three years ago. I finally found the right person for the job. I highly recommend Will for your jobs around the house. I wish there we two of him so I could use him for my house in another state but I don’t think he has a twin. Maybe he’ll let me clone him? LOL! TY good Lord for Will! ?

John has been very helpful. Great Service and very prompt on his word. He helped us with plumbing at the business, there was a leak under the sink. He found the root of the problem and fixed it right away. I have done business with many people in the past, He stands out as one of the most reliable and affordable. Definitely will continue using his services in the future.

Estimate was expensive and lacked specificity. I passed on the vague estimate.

Removed dining room chandelier and installed a new chandelier. An air vent in the ceiling had to be relocated as well. The job was completed with excellence! Highly recommend.

Glen at Arizona Maintenance Service totally rocks. He arrived on time to address several maintenance requests via the property manager of the home I'm leasing. Incredible breadth of knowledge, courteous, considerate, very helpful and friendly. Stayed beyond the time constraint to wrestle with the beast that was replacing two faucets in the master bathroom where the bolt/nuts had frozen in place. Very pleased with the quality of his work. Highly recommend.

I reached out to C&S Handyman Services for paving work as well as place a raised flower bed. They showed up on time, was very thorough, even offered a few ideas that I had not thought of.

I will be calling on them again as home improvement-landscaping projects arise.

Jeremy did a good job hanging pictures and painting in our office. He had fair pricing. I will be using him again.
