These guys were a pleasure to work with. We contacted them on a Saturday afternooon regarding a mold issue in our bathroom and high concerns with newborn in the house. Leonard came out the same day to assess the situation and mold removal began promptly at 9am on Monday. We have worked with a lot of different type of services and contractors and the service kept everything clean was very responsive and communicative and helped resolve the issue fast end with precision.

To be a successful Realtor you need to have a team of top vendors available on short notice to keep the transactions on time and not miss any deadlines. I'm thrilled to have Jill and Nichole and the entire Lotus Team on my side. Not only are they quick to respond when needed, they are extremely honest. They never recommend repairs when not needed and they are able to calm down the clients in one of the most stressful transactions of their lives. My State Farm agent who is a friend I trust referred me to Slate Restoration after we had a pipe burst in a wall. Chris Callaway came out and assessed the situation. He was very honest and advised us on how we could do a lot of the cleanup and drying out ourselves to save money and a potential insurance claim. This was part of his free estimate, and indicated that we could call him back with any questions.

We got a quote from another restoration company that was thousands of dollars just to remove wet drywall, place air blowers and dehumidifiers. With Chris' advice, I was able to get started on the drying out process and ease my stress level over the water issue and a potentially large chunk of money.

Quick to my house and Ryan was wonderful at explaining my options. I had a small leak repair due to a damaged vent. Then a few months later had another small leak from the same area. They came right out same day and fixed the issue; no cost to me, honoring their warranty. Very easy to work with!

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.

Matthew and Cody are very thorough and professionally commutative. I honestly wouldn't trust most people to do extensive jobs in my home like this but there's something about them that made me very comfortable with the situation. Thus company was so easy to work with. We needed next day tile and grout cleaning and we were scheduled for 8am the next day...and guess what not only did they show up on time, but technician named Josh, was probably one of the nicest,professional people I've met in a long time .....Josh did an AMAZING job!!... we had a rental that reeked of cat urine, and the tile is old, but Josh worked so hard on it that the smell was gone and the grout and tile were CLEAN!!!....thank you Josh, we would recommend you over and over again!
