What a life-saver Nathan was for us! We live in England, and got the call from our property manager for our house in Mesa that our renters smelled something strange under the kitchen cabinets. The handyman said it looked really bad. I freaked out because it was the last thing that I needed at the time (going through IVF and needed to keep my stress down). I foresaw a nightmare unfolding. By the grace of god, the online mold remediation form I submitted sent us Nathan at ATHR. Though he'd never heard of it, he immediately downloaded WhatsApp (something our property manager still hasn't done) and he communicated what needed to be done and when, and then called me first thing in the morning every day Arizona time to give us an update. He helped us navigate the insurance system. He worked seamlessly with our renters. He took complete control and handled every detail. I am still shocked at how painless the process was. I have never in my life been so pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, knowledge, good-naturedness, and capability that I experienced with Nathan. I can't thank him enough.

It is always a relief to find a company run by ethics and integrity, especially in a situation of home remediation and restoration from (water) damage. Nichole and Jill / Lotus Restoration Services were the very best to work with, in a difficult and trying situation. They came into a mess created by another restoration company, performed above expectations and beyond industry standards, and I am happy to now have a safe and clean environment in my home. I absolutely, one hundred percent, recommend Lotus Restoration Services. Thank you for taking the time and effort to do it right.

We had a house fire/lightning strike 19 months ago and still not close to completion. It has been one error after another, poor communication, and submitting sub par estimates. What they will say and do are completely different. They don't seem to care or speak knowledgeable about city codes and details of the job. I don't recommend or have confidence in this company. They seem overworked and not engaged in the project. You know it's a bad sign when after you sign a contract you are the one doing most of the follow up and feel like you work for the company. They actually sent the wrong house estimate to our insurance company. They aren't detailed oriented. They will blame the insurance company for not providing funds for damage and things not covered. They either have 1 star reviews or 5 star reviews. That's not a good sign. Don't do it!!!! We highly recommend a public adjuster and they are unable to effectively deal with the insurance company. I am writing this to save you a nightmare.

I don't know what I would have done without calling kustom when my toilet flooded. They were able to take care of the problem right away and handled my restoration needs so efficiently. When I had questions they were quick to answer them and made me feel like I was a priority to them! I hope to never have any situation like this happen again but if it does I know exactly where to go!

They were on a list of contractors given to me by my insurance adjuster. I contacted them on January 28 at 10 am to ask about having them repair damage after a water leak in my home. A rep called me back the next day and schedlued and appointment to come look at the damage a couple days later. I made arrangements to be home at the appointed time and they were a complete no show. No phone call, no email, nothing.

Unprofessional and inconsiderate. I see that some people here have had a positive experience with them so I guess they decided I was not worth their time without sharing that information with me. With so many other choices why deal with people who conduct business like this?

Mary in the billing department was the absolute best! She was friendly, patient, and was a tremendous help when I was having problems with my insurance claim. I could not have survived all of this without her!

Titan Restoration of Arizona provided us great service. Once our insurance company contact them they started taking care of our water damage right away. I wish I could remember all the names of the people who responded to our house. They were friendly, VERY clean, and made us feel that they really cared about our home. We do remember Johnny who kept close contact with us followed up on each step. Our dry waller/painter Logan was amazing. He fixed our house better that it was before the water damage. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience with Titan Restoration of Arizona and would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
